    7:29 All New Bricks is my favorite speed build channel of all time, the work and cinematography Paul puts into not only the stop-motion but the actual build process itself is on a whole other level. Really happy to see the shout-out. And you're right about there being an audience for just about anything. I don't plan on making TH-cam videos regularly but I have an old big LEGO set and I want to try recording an unboxing and build video of it, for the simple reason that no unboxing video for it exists. But I also want to make it somewhat professional-looking and well-edited, not just prop up my camera at the side and record it with little to no setup or editing.

    I do 4 & 5 myself. It is something of a wait on the Investing side to have a set finally sell. As to the reselling bricks, that is extremely time consuming once you've gotten the lot in question to sort through it. Filtering out the non-LEGO and off brand bricks from the pile. Washing, finding broken pieces, sorting and listing them up. When selling on Bricklink, consider a minimum buy ammount to make it worth while when pulling orders.

    To me, Flipping and investing feel counter to a passion for LEGO.
    It drives up prices of new and used bricks and sets, making it harder to enjoy if you don't have a huge disposable income.
    It also reduces the possibility of stumbling across cool stuff for cheap like in charity stores, which is part of the joy of browsing those and finding it as a passion you never knew you had.

  • @ProWierdchamp
    @ProWierdchamp หลายเดือนก่อน

    Thanks for his video. Ever since I was a little kid, I always had a passion for Legos. I got my first Lego set when I was about 5 to 6 years old, the Epic Dragon Battle from Ninjago. When I was putting the set together for the first time, it felt like heaven. Hearing the snapping together of pieces in such a way blew my mind away. And now, as a young adult, I still build and collect Lego sets and get this: Even build my own creations with Lego pieces I have in my bins at home! The more Lego sets I bought, the more stuff I learned from them. And now, my biggest wish of all is to be working for the Lego group, designing Big Scale cars and Objects and people from movies.

    Thanks for the information. I think that of all the available options, being a LEGO Content Creator is perhaps the most accessible for me. There are no Official LEGO Parks, Stores, or other notable Venues in the state I live in. I've only visited a LEGO Store once in my life, and it was during the Pandemic (so still no Pick-a-Bricks cup for me).
    I could potentially start with some semblance of a Portfolio because I have participated in 3 LEGO Displays at a local toy store (of which I still have images).
    As of this moment, I am just trying to work on organizing my LEGO Elements. During the mentioned displays, disorganization really hindered my creativity and killed the time I had to work. My 2022 New Years resolution is to change that, and I pretty much have until the end of Summer to get it done (when the Annual Display and themes are announced).
