That woman is Yoon Hyelim, their creative director for their performances. She's an in-house Pledis employee and has been with Seventeen for a very long time. She was a back-up dancer at first for older Pledis groups, was one of Seventeen's dance teachers when they were trainees and gradually became their creative director. She also occasionally helps choreograph but her role is more about overall performance (stage direction, atmosphere and concept), rather than coming up with moves.
