So you have to know what action is the best choice to parse data? Is this for IT people or data analysts only? It should have only three steps. 1. Select the document or folder 3. Vocalize what u want to do with the info 3. Hit run. Co pilot could recommend which of the 1100 apps I should chose. They do kinda the same thing. Just let co pilot pick the best one and do it.

What format does the files need to be in sharepoint for GA to read it and users can ask questions about the content on there

First, we make use of the Copilot,
It is just the training phase of the Bot.
One fine morning the Bot said,
You no longer need to come out of Bed.
I am faster and can do it at a lower rate,
Now I will write you coders' fate! 😆

Every time I see young Charles as CVP at a trillion dollar company, I feel like a failure.

So... Copilot that was supposed to be "generative" and "automatically finding the information" now needs you to... develop the plugins to know where to find the info?
    wow...

Yeah but you don’t want to feed “everything” into the model and then get a response. Especially if some information is not supposed to be available to the entire company. You want to limit what data your specific model uses so not anyone can ask what the average salary of the board members is.

@magicmulder - exactly, I can't believe this was even a question on how best to approach this.

@@magicmulder data classification? Anyone? If data's properly tagged and classified CoPilot should respect that classification and after verifying that the person asking has the necessary access to that taxonomy defined, presents the data or not.

@@TheLMFAOZ Yeah and then someone crafts a clever prompt and it's all out the window. What company will risk that?

MailMaestro dramatically better for outlook! No comparison.
