An empty White Hart Lane has more atmosphere than a full emirates stadium.
obviously haven't been over the arsenal have you....?? just jumping on the band wagon that its always quiet aint you.... go on why don't you go to an arsenal v spurs game and tell me after that its quiet there....muppet ... since all seater stadiums came in its a fact that stadiums have got quieter even shite hart lane

+jbarks10 there is parts built for toffs i agree but theres still well over 55,000 normal fans.. they aint quiet when they get going... the problem with the stadium is not having ends like we did at highbury where if you wanted to have a sing song with mates youd choose the northbank... you cant do it with this stadium as it is always sold out and you end up with tickets all over except where you want to be.. the problem with this stadium is the VIP boxes seperating the upper tier to the bottom tier a bit like wembley therefore that ruins the atmosphere a bit... i went wembley a few years back with arsenal and was in the upper tier and couldnt even hear what the lower tier were singing as they seemed miles away and distant... its similar over the Emirates but for loudness 60,000 is always going to sound louder than 35,000 its physically impossible to sing louder with 25,000 less souls... the sound of 60,000 is always going to travel further than a noise of 35,000 thats just FACT.... its scientific but that might be a bit too clever for you to understand ??

I will NEVER forget that night. Was sat in the paxton upper. Pissed as anything but still remember the goals.....sort of. Just went mental when Rose scored that volley. Ended up about 4 rows down from where I was sitting / standing. Was just going up the stairs of the stand when Bale scored early on in the 2nd half and again ended up a fair few rows down the stairs. Stayed in the ground about 30-40 mins after the final whistle just singing and waving my scarf. Brilliant night!

This was my first North London derby and I think I couldn't of hoped for a better one... listening to the atmosphere from that night again still sends shivers down my spine.
After the first 10 miniutes after shouting tones of abuse at Judas and singing at the top of my voice I felt like my throat was going to fall out but I done what all true yids do and kept on singing.
This is a true atmosphere. This is a atmosphere exclusive to White Hart Lane.

I'm a Tottenham fan. I've spent my whole life watching Spurs finish 10th, about 40 points behind Arsenal. It's coming. Slowly, but surely! 40 point gap down to a 1 point gap. It's the right direction, which is why it hurts you so much, as you're going backwards at a pace. The fact that you're lauding finishing 4th, 1 point ahead of spurs, with no silverware for an 8th season proves my point. Thus far only 3 English teams are in next years champs league. Keep the bus parade on ice!

We're not the only one's who sing it, most teams sing it!! I've heard Wolves, Chelsea, United, QPR and others sing it.
All I can say in oru defence is that unlike everyone else we don't use the same version, we at least have our own (better) version!

In 2004, Arsenal finished with 90 points in the premier league, Spurs finished with 45 points.
In 2013 the end of the season is approaching, Arsenal have 67 points (23 points LESS than 2004), Spurs have 66 points (21 points MORE than 2004). The questions are simple, but I guarantee you won't answer them. Which direction are arsenal going in? Which direction are Spurs going in? That's why you're so upset lol

back in 93 it was worth sacrificing league positions .. both cups were important. the league cup whatever sponser name its called these days is meaningless, the fa cup is not what it was but still more important, but this year the fa themselves de-valued it by playing it the week before the premiership end. it was always the last game of the season and massive I don't even bother watching it anymore it used to be my fav football day of the year not anymore id rather do the gardening
at least weve been there doing the business winning titles, fa cups, doubles, going unbeaten all season, playing champions league football for 16 years in a row including 1 final all in my heyday as a football fan... I was there travelling up and down the country all over Europe watching win plenty of cups whist you lot are sitting at home watching us...... and not on channel 5 either...

im too not exact on the numbers but 18 seasons in a row backs up arsenal fans taking the piss... theres no getting away that since the premiership started you have only finished above us twice and both seasons arsenal had a very successful season and one of those seasons we done the cup double (1993) for the first time ever done by anyone and the other losing in the cup winners cup final (1995) which is why we dropped off the pace in the league to concentrate on those cups

I was simply pointing out that arsenal are no longer better than spurs & this is backed up, not only by the league table, but by the most recent results as well. There's no open-top-bus-parade for spurs fans, it's the arsenal fans who are desperately trying to pretend they're "better".
