We've bought many items from IKEA to assemble over the years, we've never had a problem with any assembly issues until now. I am 78 and my wife is 75, the assembly of this desk took some time for us oldies to complete and we hit a few pensioner problems along the way. In the end we managed to complete the task, I reckon some people I know might have problems fitting this desk together completely, patience is needed, maybe this desk assembly is not for everyone. We are very happy with the completed desk now the task has been completed. John.
I bought this desk today And I’m waiting for arrival, but in the other hand, I’m was think to buy LG Ergo 32 inch monitor,, I realized after watching your video that installing the monitor on this desk could be very difficult due to the Thick cable management system on it ! I think it will not fit correctly:( Excuse my bad English :(

Hello! You mentioned the depth of the cabinet but I was wondering if you measure the height of it as well? I'm also wondering if the back of the cabinet has space for cables in the back? I'm considering whether or not I should purchase this desk but since I have a large PC that I would prefer to keep in the cabinet if possible.

Yes it would i bought this desk for ps5 and my 27 inch monitor and had more than enough space, anyways you gotta be carefull when its built becuasr you cant move it, if youre gonna want to put it somewhere you gotta build it in that spot, as i was moving mine it broke

DO NOT BUY. The material used for desk is some what okay, the top board used for the desks has cheap paint that chips off but with good maintenance will last, don’t get me wrong, the looks of the desk are outstanding, but the problem is that absolutely no screws are used for the drawer, only little wood sticks to put it all together, meaning if you move the desk a simple for inches the desk could completely collapse, don’t expect to move around with this desk, especially on carpet. the friction of the carpet while moving the desk would make it collapse due to absolutely no screws used. the built quality is cheap and terrible, unless your staying in the exact spot your building that desk, if not, do not buy it

im here to help you guys: don't buy this. It's super cheaply made (particleboard) but aside from a lack of structural strength (no issue) the material doesn't age well, so marks from general wear and tear will look really ugly. Plus, its a GIANT dust magnet and always looks super cheap. This design is also pretty dated, a very early Ikea 2010s look. It'll be officially ugly and out of style in 5 years (if it isn't already)

Max load is 110 lbs (50 kgs) so as long as it's under that, you should be fine
