I can't get my taskbar to pop up when a window is in fullscreen mode, for example the browser window. If I hover with the mouse at the bottom, taskbar doesn't pop up. But if I close the browser window and then hover at the bottom, the task bar pops up. Is it normal that the taskbar doesn't pop up when some window is in fullscreen mode? Right now I have to press win-button to make it pop up.

U have to select task manager from there, if u have windows 10 then press kn file at the top left cornor and select start new task and follow up with the video =) (this prolly isnt useful to u now tho cuz its been 2 months)
