Splitting LOGS with FIREWOOD PROCESSOR | Forestry on ERLENGRAT | Farming Simulator 22 | Episode 29

Today we are in ERLENGRAT and we are going to make firewood. We started with jumping into Fendt 930 and going to meet with a guy who is selling firewood processors. We ended up buying it for 45.000 euros and then we attached it to the Fendt 930 and brought it back to the sawmill. We parked and detached the firewood processor and then we parked then Fendt 930. After that was done we got our toolbox and we removed the chains from the MAN TGX 26.640. Then we jumped into the truck and attached the wood trailer and headed up the mountain. When we arrived we got the truck and trailer in position and then we jumped into Valtra 8570. We used Tajfun on the back of the Valtra to line up the logs so we can cut the logs into 5 meter long pieces. We got the logs ready and we jumped into MAN TGX 26.640 and started loading logs on the truck and trailer. When we got the logs loaded we strapped them and headed back to the Sawmill. Then we unloaded the logs next to the firewood processor and we sent a worker in the MAN to go for another load. After that was done we started the firewood processor and then we got the Fendt 930 and Fliegl trailer under the belt. We then jumped into the firewood processor and set up the length and height for the logs and we started loading them. When we load the log we move it to the end where it stops and then we cut it. After it's cut it falls in the press where is being pushed onto six blades that split the log into six pieces. Then the belt takes the firewood into the trailer that we transport to the loading station when it gets full. We got three trailer loads from one truck and a trailer load of the logs and we transported them all to the loading station. After everything was done we parked the Fendt 930 and trailer and then headed inside the Sawmill to do some production.
