If you put a dab of hot glue, on the end of the jute string, then squeeze it into a thin shape, it acts like a needle, and goes through the bead holes, much easier.

The last one is my all time favorite. I made a slightly different version of it using paper grocery bags. I have since used the same technique for a tray.

All of these are so gorgeous and I love the colors that you use I am not big on the oranges and the golds and the yellows I live at the beach and I love the beach colors so these projects were right up my alley. I like the matte personally. Not really big into shine on my projects. But that’s just me!! If you like shine…..make it as shiny as you’d like!! ❤️❤️
