I like how everyone is hyped, yet gently passing people amongst the crowd to the front, security catching them for a safe landing, and the fan just walks casually to the side of the stage lmao. Unlike at the Travis Scott concert where people were dying amongst each other.
My brother was there, it was about 1 minute drive from my house and could hear it from my house but I was too young too go. Monmouth park race track. Wish they went back
Can we just talk about how Jeremy tried really hard to fist bump that fan before the security guards literally ripped her away roughly and I saw people give them stuff and the security guards just threw them under the stage area on the ground. I hate the security guards at these concerts at any place because they always do this and it's rude.
as rude as it looks and i do feel for both jeremy and the fan he's trying to fist bump but you gotta realize they're doing their job keeping both fan and the bands safe..
John Austen Liam Locklear Robert Hay I think the main reason is because they're playing a timed set that's strictly enforced. Playing songs a bit faster allows them more leeway time-wise.
wwejeffhardy619TV Probably, but I'm the singer of a band, and John Austen is 100% right. When the adrenaline's pumping, you don't realize how fast you're playing until afterwards, especially with a song like this. I'm sure that even with a band this huge, when they literally hear everyone in the crowd scream along to their songs, that just pumps the adrenaline even more! I certainly notice when my band's playing a song faster when I'm running out of breathe faster ;)
+Ash Joe lol i went to Warped Tour this summer in San Diego and when im in my 1st core class i wanna go back to go see Vics, Jaimes, Mikes, and Tonys sexy faces ♥
I fucking love A Day to Remember but it sucks that people have to make excuses as to why they don't sound good live. Nothing like the good old days where your favorite band sounded good live and on the record.
I've seen them live also. They put on one hell of a show and its a ton of fun, but musically they aren't that great. Jeremy is off key the majority of the time.
Mark Wolf every band that does constant touring for years will always sound bad live, and this is especially true for bands that scream. Even with proper technique when you're singing/screaming that aggressively all the time you will ruin your voice. This song's top note is an A4, and for a tenor (the high voice of men) this is near the top of their range at just 3 semitones below the end of their range C5. This song came out in 2009. This video was shot in 2012. That's 3 years of touring with this song that has singing real high notes (for men) and screaming in it. Also. ADTR has been touring since 2003. This man has been singing high and screaming for 9 years by the time this video was shot. The reason why he's off key most of the time is because his voice just cannot sing that high anymore. He could make the songs in a lower key so he sings lower, but then the band would have to downtune their instruments, and since they are already in drop C it would get ridiculously low. Plus, he would have to do his growl lower because the screams do in fact have a pitch. At least they can put on a great show!
That’s called stage presence. When bands do it well, it hyped up the crowd, so they actually feel more involved, which is why he’s walking to both sides of the stage. it helps so it doesn’t seem like he’s only paying attention (or not paying attention at all) to one side of the crowd or the other. You’ll notice that the head lining bands usually do this best, which is why they’re the head liners.
Sadly the following morning when mother creeped up the stairs to awaken Gaylord from his nights slumber.... *HIGH PITCHED SCREECH* *CHINA CRASHING* *SADNESS*.... screen fades to black. Totally a waste of my time I feel but whatever lol.
@@FlyingV555 I guess i thought about Blink and actually meant early Tom, so i think you're right. At least Blink was always funny live. ADTR take themselves WAY to seriously.
hope it becomes big again tbh. along with pop punk. But I believe music just revolves around. like atm there are popular music with funk...frank sinatra.. classical music hahaha.
obviously the guys whos mom forgot to wake him up so she could make him breakfast and pick out his clothes that he was going to wear to go see Dave Mathews Band but forgot jam bands always sucked. manically he lunged into his room destroying everything in his path his shins hit the bed causing him to foll overonto his bed where he randomply started bauling himself to sleep. Unfortunatly for our Dave Matthews band Bro.Ol' Dave never wrote a song about sleeping on your back...
Every one saying LET’S GO in unison gives me goosebumps
I was just about to comment this but I thought I’d check the comments first lmaoo. It sounds almost as powerful as the actual recorded version
13th June 2022 Glasgow O2 Academy I'll be hearing the 'Lets Go' again 🤘🏻
@@marcgeller8 how was it
@@madison8179 Awesome. Downfall was the opener 🤘🏻💙
If it means a lot was the closer 🤘🏻😭 x
@@marcgeller8 thats amazing
Wow. This is the first live video I've found where ADTR sounds anything like ADTR.
Imagine Writing a Song.
Then Playing live.
Then Hearing Hundreds of Energetic Men and Women Sing it Back To You.

"Try not to miss me when i'm gone." _guitar plays_
Favorite part.
How they cut the music and the crowd all says “LETS GO!!” Is epic.
I just want to say thank you for a decently mix adtr live performance
That Bass Tone is amazing
My brother was there, it was about 1 minute drive from my house and could hear it from my house but I was too young too go. Monmouth park race track. Wish they went back
They opened with this when i saw them in October 2014. Crazy shit man.
1:06 such a bummer man lol
See now there's speeding up the song a little bit at live shows
... Then there's this.
That's probly because their set time was winding down real fast
+Dothurnaax Speep-seption speed up the video itself ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°). Warp tour on crack
if you slow the whole video down to 0.75 sounds almost normal xD
@@emosupremacy1895 naw lmao

They're just doing their job
And I understand that and that they need to keep the bands safe but, not ever security guard is doing their job.
Tayler Nikole It's also their job to keep you safe. Sure it doesn't look right but you never know what stupid things people will do.
They have keep everyone safe I know it sucks but they’re just doing their job
as rude as it looks and i do feel for both jeremy and the fan he's trying to fist bump but you gotta realize they're doing their job keeping both fan and the bands safe..
That "Let's Go!" gets me every time, why I love rock :')
I first time i saw y'all was warped, if this was in denver i was there! Oh man first real love mosh. . .
God I love jeremy
why is it so fast?
Quite a lot of bands play songs faster live just to get the crowd going a bit more, Pearl Jam do it with Even Flow
Guessing you haven't ever played in a band! The Adrenaline rush makes it VERY difficult to keep the tempo down
John Austen Liam Locklear Robert Hay I think the main reason is because they're playing a timed set that's strictly enforced. Playing songs a bit faster allows them more leeway time-wise.

+John Austen A Day To Remember uses a click track. The tempo is set and a metronome is playing in their in ear monitors.
I'm very excitied about seeing them here in less than 2 months at welcome to rockville
i love this stage very hilarious
When the bass player threw his bass guitar, sickest moment ever!
Jaime from PTV always do the same
My heart stops for a second every time he do that

So what happens to the people when they're taken by security?
If your're talking about the crowd-surfers, you run back along the barrier, and back into the crowd :)
Randy Mack Ah, I thought they would get kicked out.
Their first Borns are taken
They are tied up and sold into sex slavery
@@Feelthefx I thought they just shot them or something......

I literally shit myself when Josh threw his Music Man @_@
Me too I was like NOOOOOO then OH JESUS THANK YOU lol
Oh my god same
music man basses and guitars are overpriced as hell. i can get a starter bass to sound like a music man, same with a 300 dollar guitar 😂
FTG Rage I'm heavily biased because I own one, but it can't be denied that they're still nice basses, and he just straight tossed that shit, lol.
It was a simpler time. A better time.
this was in houston?!

how stupid of me to call a bass guitar a guitar...thanks for showing me the right way
