In today's Gospel (Matthew 16:21-28) when Peter tells Jesus that he must not die, Jesus rebukes him by calling him Satan and putting his mind on human rather than divine things.
The Rev. Jennifer Pedrick compares this to "Barbie," the movie. When Barbie wishes for a chance to see the real world as opposed to her perfect world, she, too, must face the highs and lows of our human world.
