So glad I'm apart of changing your lives since you have changed mine. After losing my stepdad in 2016, the man that introduced me to the game as a youth and my main golf partner and the reason I love this game, I stopped playing when he passed but when I found you guys it inspired me to start looking for clubs again and going to the range. I just played my first 9 holes today after almost 5 years. So thank you. Thank you so much for bringing the joy of golf back into my life, and bringing back so many memories I had with him. You two are truly amazing 🤟 And also the craziest place I ever found golf clubs was a guy selling stuff out of his van outside of a Walmart. He had some decent clubs too I bought a Cleveland wedge!
Its awesome.. .rick was my first golf you tube dude lol .hes awesome hes the reason I stumbled onto jon and ash s channel like a year and a half ago ironically gotta love algor rythms ! lol !! I watch there channell more than ricks lol
Hey guys from Australia 🇦🇺. Absolutely love the show..have emailed you guys but no reply.. guess you get smashed with emails..anyway..thanks for inspiration again for golf after enduring many surgeries... Saving and saving as money limited to afford some gear but slowly getting there..I also do opportunity shops and pawn shops looking for bargains , but unfortunately here in Australia we get ripped off on good gear cheap.. Hope you guys stay safe and keep doing such a good job..thank you..
I finally just saw that today! I was irrationally happy and super proud of these guys. That must have been amazing for John and Ashley to see. Well deserved, too.
In college I lived rented a house that was being foreclosed on. The bank offered me some money to move out and I took the deal. Found clubs in the basement that were a mix between wood and forged irons. Went out with a friend and hit 128, lost 17 balls, but got both a par and a birdie. Got hooked immediately. Great game and great videos! My wife is getting into golf and she enjoys watching too!
Hey Jon and Ash! I'm big into thrifting for vintage clothes and I stumbled across your channel earlier this year. You guys got me in love with golf! Y'all are the reason I gave this sport a try and I am completely hooked. Also started thrifting for clubs to fill my bag. Thank you guys so much!
80k subscribers is a huge accomplishment we are very proud of you guys. Love the videos. This unfortunately has stated my obsession with bargain hunting for clubs. I have about 300 that I'm sorting through as we speak ..lol...
Hey Jon and The worlds greatest putter!! The craziest place I have ever gotten golf clubs at was, drum roll please ………. GOODWILL. I know crazy right, congrats on 80,000 subs I can’t wait for 100,000!
Found a full set of Titleist Tour 90 clubs, DR, 3W,5W, 2-PW at an antique shop. Truly made me feel old as these were my first full set in 1972 and here they are considered as antiques :-) Congrats on 80k, fingers crossed for 100 for ya!!
Found this little gem a couple of months ago and I can definitely say it is currently my favorite youtube channel! I haven’t played golf for 1,5 decade and found my old dunlop golf clubs in my wooden shack this summer. Started to play again with them. Thanks Jon and Ashley and congratulations on 80k subscribers! Lets get that silver play button now 🔥🔥🔥
Craziest place I found a club was when I went into the trees looking for my ball and I found a r7 driver just lying there 🤣. Would love to use the Kirkland sig wedges because I can't get them here in Ireland
One time I went to Edwin Watts to look around, and I was trying out some used clubs on their simulator when a guy who worked their unexpectedly said that there were some clubs given to them and he wanted me to have them. It ended up being a couple wedges, a 3 wood, 2 hybrids, and 2 putters. It was crazy because I had been using a cheap set of clubs at the time, and they fit perfectly into my bag. By the way, my last name is Kirkland and those Kirkland wedges would be very cool to have. What degree is the PXG though?
You both are awesome! Ashley, you are playing so well! It's a joy to watch you play. As for the strangest place I found clubs, believe it or not, a funeral home! I went there to clean my grandparent's gravestone and there were clubs in the parlor. I asked the director about them and he said they were a display for a golfer who had passed away and they were left there. The director called the widow to come pick them up and she said she was tired of them because that as all her late husband did was play golf! She said to throw them away so he eventually gave them to me. Good timing on my part! The irons were nice, old Callaway S2H2's but everything else was junk. Congrats on 80,000!
Congrats on 80,000! Always look forward to the vids Craziest place I've ever found golf clubs was a random store near my house that was going out of business and for some reason they had a full set 3-lw of BeCu ping Isi Irons
Impressive golf Jon, with a little help from greatest putter or “The Queen of the moss” Ash 😁. Found a Scotty on the practice green, handed it in. Stay safe ☘️🇮🇪👍
Congrats on 80k guys. I work at our local landfill a couple afternoons a week. An old bag of off brand clubs and a bucket of old dusty range balls has provided me with entertainment on more than one afternoon.
I’ve never really found any clubs in a weird or crazy place, but I do have a funny yard sale story. A neighbor of ours had a yard sale, ,and when they were cleaning up, they asked my wife if she wanted to come look and she could have anything that she found/wanted for free. So I made the comment to my wife, if they have any golf stuff to grab it. She sort of rolled her eyes and said, I really don’t think they will have any golf stuff. About 20 minutes later she came home with a few items and had the most peculiar look on her face. She then proceeded to pull out an off brand 56° wedge. So we had a good laugh over that one. Love your channel, thanks for the great videos!
Congrats on 80K Subscribers. When my grandfather passed away, in the basement I found a set of MacGregor JACK BURKE 350W MASTER Persimmon Driver, #2 & #3 Woods. Grandma said I could have them. I played them for several years.
Congrats on all the success. I once found a 3-Wood on a tee box with a note on it. It said, ‘I hope whoever finds this, keeps it and can hit it better than me. Enjoy’. Enjoy J&A.
Awesome video guys!! I once bought a Ping Anser 2 from a guy playing ahead of me at TPC Scottsdale. He was coming off of 9 and was super mad with his putting. I told him I’d pay him $20 for it and he took it and went into the clubhouse and bought a new putter. Great moment!
Craziest place in UK , I purchased three clubs for £0 .60 total, approx $0.83 cents at the local recycle waste dump, where the workers take out sellable items from the trash and display on a couple of tables. Love your vids and chatter, I’m usually smiling along with you both.
We went out of state and looked at a goodwill. We found a full set of golf smith forged irons for $20.00. My father in law still plays them! Congratulations on the 80k
I got some old wood clubs from my wife’s grandparents hoarding stash. They had no idea how long they’d been there or where they came from. Super cool little souvenir: congrats on the 80K
Congrats on 80k! 150k before the end of the year! But the craziest place finding a golf club was my aunts garage who has never doing any athletic movements in her life let alone swing a golf club but i found a old wilson 2 iron and had some fun with that!
I finally saw the shiels vid tonight where he shouted out you guys and the channel! I was just as proud as I'd be for friends or family. That's so awesome guys! Congrats! We're getting to the 100k mark quickly!!
Since I live in Mexico I have not been able to see a PXG clubs... I believe that the Project X shaft makes these irons so easy to hit with less dispersion. I do love your enthusiasm and what a nice couple you are! Saludos!!!
Believe it or not, the craziest place I've ever found clubs was my buddies garage. That was a GREAT round, keep up the good work and the wonderful videos.
When I was younger I was picking up some car parts at a junk yard and stumbled across some clubs in a trunk of junked car. It was weird but the guys at the junk yard let me take them for free...... Just getting back into golf after a long break. I love the channel and it has inspired me to do some bargain hunting (not much luck so far). Keep it up and congrats on 80,000!
You guys are great! Actually found a golf club one time with a homeless guy who was just carrying it around. He was trying to sell it, just one random club!!
80k! I just broke 80 for the first time last month. Been with yall since the beginning. Best find was at my local dump, 56 Vokey and the grip was missing, bought a new one and had me a great club. Grooves were mint!
Congratulations on the 80,000 . I am from NC and back in February while on our golf trip in fla we played this course. The staff there was outstanding. We accidentally left my gps on the cart . After returning to NC I received a call from them asking me for my address to mail me my gps . I had written my phone number on the bottom of my gps . Within a few days my gps arrived. It was pretty cool to see y’all playing a course I have played. Enjoy your channel
The strangest place I ever bought a club was a church bake sale. I didn't know it but they were having a rummage sale. I decided to walk through and found ping N-Echo putter for $1.00. I used it for 3 years and still put it back in the bag when I have putting problems. Love you guys. I wish you would identify the locations of the flea markets you are prowling. I spent January and February in Cape Canaveral and would enjoy hitting some of them. Can't wait for your 100 K video.
Craziest place was Facebook marketplace, Ping G5 iron set for $100, y’all’s club hunting skills are inspiring. I definitely always check my local thrift stores and Goodwills when I get out always searching for the good finds.
Hey guys been watching you from when you had less then 5k subs and ash when a change in you game. You could always putt and now you're getting it together with the longer clubs. Better watch out John. Congrats it been a fun ride and now you're getting the recognition you deserve. Keep it up we all love the videos, on to 100k and beyond.
I recently found (in the back corner of my garage) the Patty Berg clubs that I learned to play golf with 40 years ago. After watching your videos I have been inspired pull them out, dust them off and give them a try--I keep ya posted. Congrats on 80K!!
It isn't exactly crazy, but it is the most meaningful. Many years back I was in my parent's garage and I found the first set of junior clubs I was given by my grandfather when I was around five or so years old. He was the one, along with my dad, who got me into golf. I had no idea they were in there as I hadn't seen them in years. I still have them to this day and always will. My grandfather has since moved on to the 18 in the sky, but I will cherish the memories we have golfing together forever.
Craziest place I found a club was in my driveway. Neighbor left an old iron and driver once he knew I was starting to collect used clubs from some thrift stores. Congrats on making 80k and becoming Rick Sheils famous.
Congrats on 80k. And it was awesome that Rick Shields said y’all were one of his favorites to watch. Keep up the great content. And here’s the push to 100k
Congrats on 80k! One time I bought an Odyssey Dual Force Rossie II for $3 at an estate sale in Philadelphia. Easily one of my best golf purchases, this club is vintage and in great shape! Looking forward to the next 80k subscribers, love the content.
@@kornfed4434 I'd heard in other threads that they are doing well with their "day jobs" also. So they're successful in a couple avenues. You're heart is in the right place, they probably appreciate it.
@@tedzink4574 ya but 80 thousand and growing subscribers if a third would buy merch they wouldn't need a day job... they are my favorite TH-camrs and I've been here since almost day 1 and I just wanna see them succeed and thrive like all the others on here... they are honest and fun and they love life and if they can build a nest egg through this Platform I personally wanna help support that and rep some merch while I'm at it
Well done on 80,000............nearly 85,000 now, growing fast. I think everyone loves your positivity and just gives 10-20mins of happiness in to the day! Your sense of humour seems to cross the pond and us Brits love a bargain, keep up the good work and having fun!
Yeah that was awesome when Rick said Stacked golf was one of his favorite channels. Inspired him to thrift in Scotland.. wierdest place I bought club's was a funeral. Before you ask it wasn't the deceased guys clubs.. I think. I hope not the more I think about i wonder it was 10 yrs ago.. anyways congrats keep up the great videos let's just get you 2 to 100k subscribers.. Take care...
Hey guys! Great round! Ash crushing the tee shots, Jon’s short game epic😁👍🏻 Dunno what pink bird it was but found a golf club in the lake at a club once 🤣 Congrats on 80k👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
As a kid found some cheap clubs at a church across the road where I grew up. Never played them on a course just up and down a big hill which is now a housing estate. Congrats on 80k subs
Once got a club from the basement of our church. I was helping clean up the church basement. I was in Junior High school at the time and had been working that summer ( and several more later) as a caddie at a local club. I was interested in golfing because we had a great weekly caddie day on the course. Well, the minister said I could keep an old blade type putter I found in the furnace room. Used that putter all the way through high school and even while I was in the Air Force. Congrats on the 80k and good luck!
Congrats on the 80K subscribers. The craziest place I found clubs was about 25yrs ago in a crashed vehicles trunk at a wreckers. They gave them to me when I bought some parts for the car I was rebuilding
Found many clubs on course but not in a crazy place. Congrats on the channel growth and shout out from Rick Shiels! Just keep on doing what you are, the momentum has just started...
Hello you guys. Congrats on 80K. Craziest place was digging a Taylormade 61* lob wedge out of a dried out water hazard. It was my Sophomore year in high school. Turns out it’s original owner was a Senior who had thrown it into the water 6 months prior. That was 21 years ago and that club is still in my bag.
onwards and upwards to 90,000. i never doubt your commitment and content. Ashley, your game has improved so much. keep it up. I love the channel. the funniest place to find clubs, My friend's garage had a half set of left-handed DCI's , the issue is, He lost his arm from the elbow in a car accident when about 2 years old. yep, it was his left arm. when we asked why he had left-handed clubs he said he never knew there were left or right-handed clubs. he just bought them on ebay to start playing golf and only hit them once.
Great round John!! I think 100,000 subscribers is in the near future. When I was a kid I used to sneak in the golf course and wade the ponds for golf balls. Found several clubs including a couple of drivers. I was never good enough to get that upset over a bad shot. Best of luck in your quest for the next grail.
And in unison " SQUIRREL" lmao. All I could think of was National Lampoons "Christmas Vacation" 🤣- Great video as always. Found some clubs at our local tip.
Flea market vintage electronics store. Saw a couple ping putters sitting in the corner behind the display case. Didn't buy any electronics, but did leave with a couple more putters. It's never hurts to ask.
Haven't found any clubs in unexpected places but you guys have inspired me to be on the hunt! Love your channel and so cool that Rick Shiels gave you guys a shoutout! Keep up the good work guys!
I was picking up one of my wife’s marketplace buys and I saw some golf clubs in a trash can. I asked the owner about them and they said I could have them. I got a Snake eyes 5 hybrid and a Nike Sasquatch clone driver. Another great video guys.

That’s a Rosetta spoonbill. I love when I get the notification when y’all post a new video. Keep up the great content. She’s smashing the ball. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Probably changed by predictive text but your correct it is a Roseate spoonbill
In college I lived rented a house that was being foreclosed on. The bank offered me some money to move out and I took the deal. Found clubs in the basement that were a mix between wood and forged irons.
Went out with a friend and hit 128, lost 17 balls, but got both a par and a birdie. Got hooked immediately.
Great game and great videos! My wife is getting into golf and she enjoys watching too!
Weirdest place for golf clubs: charity shop in the UK, congrats on 80,000 and big up Rick for shouting out one of the best channels on YT!!
Probably one of the best rounds i’ve seen you guys play. Those PXGs seem to agree with you Jon. Congratulations on the 80k. More to come.
Enjoy watching you play, sorry no odd places to buy clubs in se az.
The craziest place I ever found clubs was out west at a Prairie Dog Farm. Congrats guys not bad for a couple of Hoosiers!

I got fitted and now have 0211 thru the bag - have never scored better so gotta recommend them
Love my PXG 0211's. 4 - lob wedge, driver, 3 wood, and 19 degree hybrid.
Congrats on 80,000.....keep em coming.....so jealous of your PXG clubs!
Thanks Jerry!

I haven’t played golf for 1,5 decade and found my old dunlop golf clubs in my wooden shack this summer. Started to play again with them. Thanks Jon and Ashley and congratulations on 80k subscribers! Lets get that silver play button now 🔥🔥🔥
Love everything about your personality and channel. Y’all deserve success and I’m happy for you both.
The legend Rick Shiels took inspiration from your thrift videos! I love this channel, so glad I found it!!
Thanks Adam!!!
Craziest place I found a club was when I went into the trees looking for my ball and I found a r7 driver just lying there 🤣. Would love to use the Kirkland sig wedges because I can't get them here in Ireland
I might be able to get them for you if you want to pay the cost plus shipping ... no idea how much that would be.
Found clubs at a bus stop. Congrats on the latest milestone. Thanks for the consistently fun and interesting content!
Nothing too crazy, just the normal garage sales, 2nd hand stores, etc... Love the channel, you all are great. Best wishes.
Jon is having "one of those days" Good version. Congrats on your milestone

Looks like you've got one magic club. I've bought a putter from the trunk of a car.
Congratulations on 80k.
Picked up the best priced 5w in the pro-shop, much better value than any other source

Found 15 sets in my neighbors storage unit! Helped them clean out the unit and there was an abundance of clubs some I still use in my bag today!!

Ashley Killing it. CONGRATS on 80K!
Congrats on 80k. And it was awesome that Rick Shields said y’all were one of his favorites to watch. Keep up the great content. And here’s the push to 100k
Hey you kids are a blast to watch! Ash is a keeper and keepsake! Forget about it!
Congrats on 80k! One time I bought an Odyssey Dual Force Rossie II for $3 at an estate sale in Philadelphia. Easily one of my best golf purchases, this club is vintage and in great shape! Looking forward to the next 80k subscribers, love the content.
Can't wait to be here when you hit 1 million you guys deserve all the love only 1 question? When will you drop some merch
You can pick up any Stacked Golf merch at any thrift store.
@@tedzink4574 I'm talking about shirts and hats i wanna see them succeed past TH-cam because TH-cam doesn't pay hardly anything
@@kornfed4434 I'd heard in other threads that they are doing well with their "day jobs" also. So they're successful in a couple avenues. You're heart is in the right place, they probably appreciate it.
@@tedzink4574 ya but 80 thousand and growing subscribers if a third would buy merch they wouldn't need a day job... they are my favorite TH-camrs and I've been here since almost day 1 and I just wanna see them succeed and thrive like all the others on here... they are honest and fun and they love life and if they can build a nest egg through this Platform I personally wanna help support that and rep some merch while I'm at it
@@kornfed4434 You want to "rep some merch", you looking for a job? Also, if that's in the plans, they'll do it when they're ready.
Well done on 80,000............nearly 85,000 now, growing fast. I think everyone loves your positivity and just gives 10-20mins of happiness in to the day! Your sense of humour seems to cross the pond and us Brits love a bargain, keep up the good work and having fun!
Absolutely love this channel! 80K!!
Craziest place I’ve found golf clubs is at a random Hywy stand in North Georgia! Always looking for steals!
Congratulations on 80,000 subscribers!!!!!
Found a Adams Tight Lies wood at a thrift store that was way off the beaten path. Love your videos , the commentary makes them great!
Ash crushing the tee shots, Jon’s short game epic😁👍🏻
Dunno what pink bird it was but found a golf club in the lake at a club once 🤣
Congrats on 80k👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Congrats on 80K subs, big fan of the channel and great to see Rick Shiels giving you a shout out as well
As a kid found some cheap clubs at a church across the road where I grew up. Never played them on a course just up and down a big hill which is now a housing estate. Congrats on 80k subs
Golf clubs in a barn on a farm! Nice play on this video!
Congrats on 80k.. never miss a video and always entertaining. NO crazy club finds yet, but trying.
80k that awesome! I'm so happy for you guys! I think the craziest place I've found clubs was in the back of a car at a junk yard... lol.
Congratulations on 80,000. Well deserved.
Wow.. shooting lights out. So fun to watch!
Congrats on 80,000! The craziest place I've bought clubs was probably my first new set I bought in 1979-80 from LaBelle's! Wilson K-28's!!!!
I found my Callaway x20s when we move into our new home in the garage attic. Best new home gift.
Love the videos! Haven’t done much for thrift club shopping yet so the craziest place I’ve found any is at a golf shop…
You both seem like 2 of the nicest people on the planet! Congrats on the subs and here's to 100k!
Flea market vintage electronics store. Saw a couple ping putters sitting in the corner behind the display case. Didn't buy any electronics, but did leave with a couple more putters. It's never hurts to ask.
I just started watching y’all today and I’m glad I found you. I watched for a couple hours straight! 😀
