Dude this kill was sick. You're playing tifa almost exactly like someone would expect high end gameplay to look, instead of the weird parry and uppercut cancel abuse you usually see. I'm working on a mod to try and and rebalance and fix the gameplay, like by removing uppercut's huge atb gain on nonstaggered targets. Right now coincidentally yeah i've been looking at deadly dodges and i'm trying to figure out how to buff them so that the materia becomes worth it to use single-target, without making it so good that it just completely trumps using tifa's normal attacks. Do you have any insight into this? Maybe deadly dodge is good already since it gets you into the late unbridled attacks, and instead a buff to the damage done by the first 5 normal attacks of a cycle is due. IDK
Hmm... What would you change to fix the gameplay ? What have you done already ? I don't know what you can do in your mod. Dealdy Dodge is really good on Tifa, i don't think we should change it. But for the others, the materia is pretty useless. Maybe we could add the fury buff after using the deadly dodge, which would lasts 5 or 10sec ? i don't know.. 😅
