Suddenly I understand dadi's point of view and I feel like you do too....Their 'nosiness' was actual concern at a time when the only resource you had for problem solving was your neighbours or the relatives of the neighbour's relatives....There was no google or doctor available nearby! Also people were sincere because they knew that the problems of their neighbours could one day be their own problem.....everyone was in the same boat. It is coming again dear....that time. When everyone will struggle to put food on the table......and go to each other's house to trade a couple of onions for a cup of sugar Then no one will worry about hiding their problems.
