@@molliescott I’m the exact same every month, I’m going through it right now and the switch up is crazy… But I really don’t think a GP can do anything for us, they’ll most likely be dismissive and say it’s ‘normal’ when it’s just more common than normal, but really being strict on self care during this week I find is the best way to get through it💝 sending love from a fellow moody luteal girlie 🫶🏻

The gp can help with antidepressants that are known to help with things like pmd but not sure if you feel it’s that’s serious
