METAL DETECTING COLORADO and found my MOST AMAZING Metal Detecting Relic EVER! {CRYING}

- It is a rare moment to find, metal detect and dig civil war era relics in Colorado. There were no battles fought or conflicts in Colorado that directly influenced the civil war. Colorado was still a territory during that time period. So to find a location that had civil war units that touched Colorado is priceless, epic and rare. This video shows us again that this sight is incredible.
We are back out near the Civil War era Cavalry Camp. This day I found my most AMAZING relic that I have ever found while metal detecting. I am in such amazement about this particular permission that we have found. It has brought us so close to some incredible Colorado history.
I uncovered a Company B Cavalry letter as well as the crossed sabres. These pins were once attached to a hat formerly worn by a Cavalry solider from the civil war era. Through some research, it could have either been Company B 1st Colorado Cavalry or Company B 2nd Colorado Cavalry.
