Eclipse is way more defensive/safe as its main thing is the shield it provides. Duskblade does more dmg on the other hand. So it probably depends on wether you can hit all of your abilities or not. If you can consistently hit all weakspots on q then duskblade, if the enemy is slippery or you struggle to hit Qs then go eclipse
