I feel that the low quality is a perfect visual for this. I say this because, in the moment Haise was experiencing all that strife, and Kaneki stepped in, everything was blurry, hazy, inexact. The foe before him was the only thing that was exact and not blurry. Everything else was fuzzy, blurry, inexact and irrelevant. The only thing that mattered, was the foe. That is why I personally feel that this visual, of such low quality, is perfect. On top of that, if you listen closely enough, the music itself is not the best quality in this upload, which is most likely due to the version that was saved, or during the audio slowing process the quality of it was affected, or the TH-cam upload itself affected it during the upload process, various potential factors, however, the point being that the visual is absolutely perfect for this audio. Sincerely perfect. If anybody would still like a high-quality version, I can certainly upload one, with everything more so "Higher Quality". Simply let me know.
