I have tracked Gorillas twice in two Ugandan National Parks (Mgahinga and Bwindi). 1. Mountain Gorillas in the wild are only found in the Virunga Massif in East Africa. This volcanic region is shared by 3 countries (Uganda, Rwanda, and DRC) 2. Their total population according to recent census stands at approximately 1063. More than 50% live in Uganda at Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National (this Park borders DRC) 3. Because of this, you stand a higher chance of encountering Mt. Gorillas in Uganda than Rwanda or DRC. Maghinga Gorilla National Park in Uganda borders Volcanoes National Park in Uganda. 4. A Mt. Gorilla trekking permit costs 50% less in Uganda than in Rwanda. There are so many bad things going on in the world and the media of courses pushes it in our faces, but I also love this side of the world that the media that you guys partake and showcase. This is a reminder that our world can be beautiful even when bad things are happening. This is so peaceful and feel like a breath of fresh air🥰🥰🥰

When we were growing up holidays were good in the village we used to get firewood from those forest we would gather all neighbours kids we moved in the crowd to scare animals off it was fun all we had with us was pangs until this the I'm 40yrs I still remember the smell from the woods the test of matungulu) it was a forest fruit so sweet
