So for anyone who’s actually used neck snapping a zombie and lifting gwi-nam with one hand as their argument they should know anyone with above average strength can do both of those as regular humans

So I can understand why Roman got strength. Speed doesn’t even need to be discussed because you just stated the facts of dodging bullets travelling at 381 m/s
