Quite a long video to show the first part of the process of making a repair panel/patch repair for the VW Baywindow, but applicable to any panel really.
This episode takes a repair panel and shows the process of measuring up and laying out the repair panel, transferring to your new panel and preparing for fit up.
In the next episode I'll show final fit up, grinding, trimming, etc and welding in of the panel, ready to fill and prep for paint.
Hopefully this helps someone out, I try to show the easiest way of doing things, without necessarily the best tools or expensive bits and pieces.
