So glad I found your video, my transmission has been making terrible noises the last year and I just found play in the transfer box output bearing. I thought it would be a case out repair but you make it look so easy :) thank you!
Hi, i have the same transfer case but I can't re-install the cover because between the 4wd H and L holes there is a little cylinder who's blocking the cover to complete close. Can u help me please?

Is it like a capsule? if it is, I usually don't install it. because so far, there is no problem if the capsule is not installed.
