I have now looked at a lot of clips about beaches on the Mediterranean (Italy, France, Spain etc.) or the Adriatic sea and this one. I realise how lucky I am living in New Zealand where we have heaps of uncrowded, pristine beaches. These European ones look like army camps in comparison , (in particular the serried ranks of deckchairs and umbrellas), what a totally foreign world. I know what it is; here in NZ we don't have the millions of central, northern, eastern Europeans plus the British who all head south to spend two or three weeks on one of these beaches.

Sehr oberflächliche und einseitige Darstellung von Gran Canaria ... ist eher eine Sichtweise vom 08/15 Tourist. Was ist mit dem Rest der Insel ? Wo ist das Landesinnere, der wundervolle Nordwesten sowie Las Palmas ?

I've been watching many of Gran Canaria video's and never see anybody metal detecting for coins & jewelry, are they not allowed?
