My question is, if you re in the uk already and want to switch to this global talent visa, do you have to prove the evidence from your home country or the evidence needs to come from the UK. Also what if you re in the uk and have proven track record of what you have done in your country can you use that to apply? Of the impact you need must be from the uk

@@madinagambo7365 depends on the details you want to put into your application. If you’re applying as though you’re outside of the country, you can have your evidences appear the same. But since you’re switching, I wouldn’t recommend that.
