As a person who had a breast reduction due to back problems, I related to this SO much, especially in the moment when Zach talked about feeling melancholy after the procedure. I just thought something was wrong with me to feel depressed after CHOOSING to have a procedure. I felt like I had betrayed my body by not accepting it the way it was, and I had this weird body-horror feeling like I was some Frankenstein thing and like my chest wasn't mine. I still feel like that - I have numbness and scarring that reminds me of it daily - but for some reason, I never realized how normal it is to feel like that. Zach sharing his hair journey was really eye-opening for me.
I’m 3 years late, but wanted to say cheers to you for your bravery to talk about this!! I hope you’re having less back problems now along with lots of feeling good in your own body :))❤
I feel like only African Americans and some darker skin individuals can rock the bald look. Unfortunately, it just looks sad on most whites and Asians 😂
It's because it doesn't look as good as they are portraying it, I'd bet it's actually only about 25% better overall, his forehead is still a twelve-head.
@@rdizzy1 I had surgery back In July with a different technique. There is a couple months where it isn't pretty. They also have to get a hairline that would age. If I got it too far forward, they would run out of graffs. I still have to do the back/crown area in a second surgery as 2,400 only got half to 3/4 back.
Maybe it'll be easier in the future if we normalize wearing wigs if guys want to. Honestly, whatever makes you feel good and happy you should do it, whether it's embracing balding or making another choice.
Had a friend who did this surgery, and his hair was GORGEOUS, and he was so happy and confident post-procedure. No shame in wanting to feel good about yourself, men and women deserve that!

I’m honestly so proud of Zach for talking about his insecurities with his hair and his whole journey with it. It’s so so so hard to be that vulnerable about something like this on the internet for everyone to see. It shows a lot of emotional strength and openness. Good for you Zach! ❤️
As a 24 year old guy with hair like his used to be and feeling exactly as he did back then, I nearly cried when I saw his video last year and I nearly cried seeing the results, it’s brave what he’s done, sharing his insecurities like this and I’m happy for him, this sort of thing needs more attention!
I appreciate that he's vulnerable in front of all the fans and shared his story because it could mean a lot to someone else going through the same battle with their confidence.
@@BowmansWorld Well he did talk about the fact that if he'd gone sooner that he would have been able to take medications only rather than the procedure. Also showing this normalizes the fact that people experience this and that it's okay. Even if they don't get surgery or take medications, it's nice for people to see others on large platforms being open and honest about these things
His hair looks great when he's sitting in the chair going over how his old hair looked, completely different from the picture(s) on the tablet. After the stylist got done...he just re-thinned his hair in the front and exposes the thinned/white spots he was insecure about.
his hair transplant failed, graft survival rate is terrible. Sure he gained some thickness in the existing hair he had in the first place but it is mostly due to medical therapy (finasteride and minoxidil maybe?). His stylist just exposed how his hairline really didn't change much after the procedure. Still does that same combover hairstyle that balding people always do to hide their receded spots. I would be furious over the lack of results and threaten to sue those hipster barber shop doctors if I don't get a refund.
I think that part of being body positive is taking control of what you don't like and changing it if you want. Just because I accept myself the way I am, doesn't mean I might not want to be in better shape or have fewer wrinkles or a different hair color. You can love yourself AND make changes, they aren't mutually exclusive!
This is a HUGE thing for me and I'm so glad you said it! I fully accept my body and the fact that I'm overweight, and I support anyone and everyone in the same boat, and while my insecurity surrounding it is probably in-part due to society and female idealism, its not entirely, and a lot of my decision/wanting to change is to do with how I feel about myself. I'll never be a skinny mini, but I know that in the long run it will be better for me and my ongoing health and wellbeing to be more fit and healthy, and that's more than enough of a reason. But my wanting to change doesn't mean that I don't accept my body for what it is now, it just means I want to improve it further. Like tattoos! Just because I like my skin doesn't mean I don't want to one day have a lot of beautiful living art on it :D
People are starting to refer to this as body neutrality. Being able to look at your body in a neutral way of "I like this. I want to change this" and it not being a good or bad thing. Changing your body holds no moral value. Being fat or thin, smooth or wrinkly, curvy or straight, doesn't make you a good or bad person.
I wanted to do rhinoplasty for so long, but I'm worried that people with similar nose as mine would get offended. There's nothing wrong with my nose, it does what it does very well, but I want to change it. For myself, not for other people. Idk
@Maxime Laville lmao ur kidding right? just because your insecurities are set in stone doesn't mean everyone else's is, people can gain confidence through surgery literally any surgeon will attest to that, ofc everything should be done in moderation and you shouldn't go nuts either but hey if you do, thats your own business
@Maxime Laville calm down, no one's talking dysmorphia levels here. obviously therapy would be a better solution if someone was dysmorphic about their own body.
Body positivity isnt just "stay natural" its do whatever makes you happy. If surgery, makeup and fitness makes you happy, theres nothing wrong with that.
The important part of body positivity is knowing that you don't NEED to change your body because someone else does, or society says to, but knowing that it's OK to change your body if it makes YOU feel comfortable or more confident. Zach is so confident and it's great he took care of himself and did what he wanted to feel confident, and brought attention to it so anyone else with an insecurity or the curiosity knows there's options!
I love this! Great way to combat those that try to shame others for getting work done. I can love myself and promote body positivity while still wanting enhancements or improvements to feel more comfortable.
So your saying being overly obese they don’t need to change their bodies? I think that’s the worst thing is supporting people who choose to kill themselves by eating and them being called brave” and “beautiful” yes body shaming is a horrible thing but everyone should work on bettering themselves that’s why the thing of it being “ok” and “normal” is a bad thing our society does
@@remains10 cosmetic procedures for body positivity are different than living an unhealthy lifestyle. If someone is overweight or underweight from something beyond their control (diagnosed by a medical professional reason they can't lose or gain weight which perpetuates their issue) that is one thing. But if the cause is their lifestyle which, then NO, I do not think they deserve positivity.
@@remains10 you missed the point 100%; this is about letting people do procedures without guilty tripping them about how they "aren't loving themselves" when true body positivity is about not shame people period.
I feel like Zach doesn’t get the hype he deserves. Like he is such an inspirational story teller and makes really honest video’s which are also educational. He is making the best of his situation and tells his ups and downs in such a relatable way that he motivates me to do the same. So all the hype to Zach 🙌🏻
I see a lot of negative comments about your hair cut, which I feel is weird considering this is a video about your journey with hair insecurity. I think the most important thing is that you gained confidence through this journey, and it really shows. It doesn't actually matter how your hair is styled..its how you FEEL. And now, your hair grows back- You can try all these different hair cuts and styles!! I think you looked great, pre haircut and post. Because YOU feel better, and that makes you glow! Men could use more positive role models like you!
@@mikesully110 They kept his hairline pretty far back on purpose. Zach says he still wants to look like himself and keep it realistic! It’s in the first video :)

Honestly, I would like to agree, the guy can do his job really well, but as a hair student who has a little idea on what they're doing, I don't really love the styles he tried on him with his top hair. That being said, if Zach likes it, then it's fine, it's only my personal opinion, not a fact.
He’s so incredibly happy and confident now. Like, crazy positive energy. I’m so happy for him. As a woman with thinning hair, he makes me want to go in and see what my options are.
I’m am woman recently diagnosed with androgenic alopecia and I’m absolutely gutted. I can completely understand all these feelings. I wish more treatments were available, they were more accessible and they weren’t so costly. Insurance often doesn’t cover the treatments that are available either. It makes it so hard. I’m tired of people saying I’m vain for being upset about losing my hair. So glad you were able to do something for yourself and you can see how much your confidence has been boosted
I'm so sorry you've had to go through that. I'm also female and balding, but not due to alopecia, just terrible Ashkenazi Jewish genes like Zach, which made me upset enough that I would avoid looking at myself in the mirror. This follow-up video made me reach out to my GP and try to get help again. The first video, I tried but I had a different, not empathetic GP who wouldn't give me a referral for a dermatologist. My new GP a year later was amazing, she gave me not just the referral but also a name of a dermatologist who is known for being sensitive about this. And two years later, my hair looks totally normal to me, and it's such a weight off my chest that it's not going to get any worse.
It's not vanity to care about your appearance. We grow accustomed to a style or look we like. If you are used to your hair is a specific way and it changes suddenly that is upsetting. You are 100% valid in how you feel and shame on the people who told you to feel otherwise. To anyone who called you vain. I guess they better not care about the clothes they wear, the food they eat, fitness, vitamins, probiotics, skin care, diet plans, etc. That is vain too. I'm upset for you... that should never have been said. I have a friend with alopecia. She got it around her late teens. I met her when she already was losing hair. There were days she felt like sh*t and she didn't do her makeup, dress nice or try to do her hair, or use a scarf, hat, etc. I personally thought she looked pretty either way. Her freakin eyes are beautiful, her laugh is infectious and she is one of the kindest people I know. She's a spitfire and is sassy and witty as heck. She now rocks a shaved head or puts on a wig sometimes. Some ignorant people say sh*t before they speak, but friends and loved ones who care will be around. On the good and bad days. It's okay to talk it out. She still calls me to cancel plans because she just doesn't want to go out. So we stay in eat popcorn and watch a movie or if she REALLY doesn't want to see anyone I'll call her and talk for hours. In all relationships, there is a give and take. I'll be here 80 if she can only give 20. I hope you are doing well.
@@ilanapeters4239 I'm so happy that you found a kind, empathetic GP and dermatologist that have helped you and that you've had that weight lifted from you! Having good, knowledgeable medical professionals can make a huge difference.
@@Sunnylyndis thank you so much for your kind words and validation! I actually really needed that today. You sound like an amazing friend and your friend is lucky to have you in their life. I really hope they are doing well. Having alopecia as a woman is so heartbreaking and such a hopeless feeling. There are so many companies preying on our insecurities. There's a plethora of unregulated "snake oil" salespeople making so many claims and "promises" while using deceptive marketing tactics yet in the fine print relinquishing all responsibility. The majority of scientific data available is in relation to male hair loss so there isn't a lot of evidence based and safe treatments available for women. What is available is usually expensive and rarely covered by insurance since it's considered cosmetic. We are finally starting to realize the pressure and unattainable beauty standards society puts on people but there is still a lot of stigma surrounding certain issues and hair loss for women is one of those things. It's acceptable and some even find it "sexy" for men to be bald but it's yet another double standard for women. I'm almost 3 years into my journey. I have another appointment with my dermatologist this week. She had put me on oral minoxidil at my last visit and it seems that it may be helping. I've also found a hair growth supplement by Natures Bounty and have been using Nioxin shampoo/conditioner/thickening hair mask that have seemed to help slow the hair loss and hide the progressed thinning so I'm cautiously optimistic right now.
I like seeing Zach in videos where he's actually being genuine and open, instead of turning everything into a goofy joke, like that's the confidence at work
Them saying that “it might not be for anybody and if people are confident already, they don’t have to change anything” is kind of special. People in a business would usually just push people to do it, but they are genuinely there to help people feel more confident 🙏
Got emotional when Zach was kinda speechless looking at himself in the mirror. I'm so happy for you!!! Thank you for allowing us to see this whole journey 🙂
I am so glad someone else thinks this. As much as I think David Dang is a lovely guy who can STYLE hair, he is not skilled at cutting hair. I think Eugene's hair is very well styled but he has never had good hair cuts. Sorry David - if you're reading this I would recommend going to London for hair cutting training as the academies in London employ the best Hairdressers from all over the world.

They fuck with your emotions big time
So true. I took steroids a bunch when I was younger because of severe asthma and while I was on it, I was a ball of emotions. Hahaha jk I'm always a ball of emotions, the steroids just made me fat(ter) :)
You can totally support a body positivity message _AND_ recommend surgeries and health treatments. If someone, like Zach, is so depressed and anxious about the way they look, if it's dragging them down every time they look in the mirror, surgeries and health treatments are absolutely okay, if it saves someone's mental state or even their life in some cases we should never get at them for it. That is true body positivity.
The whole point is that it allows you to move on with your life afterwards. If it just leads to more surgeries and less satisfaction, then maybe you should be concerned.
Babe no body positivity isn't just "settling for what you have" and being fake content about what you've been given. It also includes making the changes that you need to be confident about yourself and having no regrets about it ❤️
@@0xStrangerDangerx0 what does it matter if the barber cut his hair? the follicules are either there or they are not, the barber is just exposing whether or not the transplant was successful. Which in Zach case clearly wasn't. His hairline still looks terrible, it's either the surgeon fault or Zach is just not a good transplant candidate due to an undisclosed medical condition.
Clair Fazel, is genetics, that's something you should know already. Hair loss can happen to anybody, and based on the video if you were paying attention, that hair loss happen in jewish men. So Zach has hair loss cause of genetics as a Jewish man.

The part where Zach momentarily regrets his decision because he often talks about body positivity and loving yourself, I just want to say this : To anyone struggling with these kind of thoughts, just remember that loving yourself sometimes also includes changing things about yourself, to make you the best version of yourself! If you're confident with yourself and love yourself, and you wanna start exercising to be healthier and also lose a few pounds, that's self love! If you do things to change yourself because you know it will be better for your physical and mental being, then that is the highest form of self love in my opinion. Just remember that you're all beautiful and you should do whatever makes you happy (as long as it doesn't hurt others) 💕💕
And as long as they don't go too far that they hurt themselves trying to be that "person" they wanna be,thanks positivity is always a good thing to read :D
@Vanessa Adam- honestly it is probably just side effect of the steroid. The doctor should have educated him about that (making assumption bc Zach did not seem to understand why he was sad and noted feeling better once the meds were discontinued/tapered). Sorry if I am being a Debbie Downer. I try educate whenever possible. That being said your sentiment is beautiful.
Being body positive doesn't and shouldn't mean that you can't make changes to yourself, or that you don't have personal insecurities. It just means that you're more open to being positive with what you have at that moment and you look forward to whatever body journey you want to take for yourself. Making the change to have the surgery was clearly something you thought about for a long time and now you're this wonderful person for other men to look up to by being so talkative about the process and your initial fears in doing it. Good for you Zach. I'm genuinely so happy for you to feel so whole again.
@@wallen1986 Being too thin can also be just as dangerous. Weight and BMI aren't the only indicators of health. For instance, I know quite a few overweight people who have healthy blood pressure. I also know tons of thin people with high blood pressure. Lots of thin people are horribly unhealthy, but they don't get it pointed out to them all the time like fat people do.
@@wallen1986 a body builder can be measured as obese. Because BMI is an archaic measuring system that has very little modern usage. Health is a person to person basis. Let me enlighten something for you. Fat people know that they're fat. Being constantly judged and told they're unhealthy by people who aren't doctors constantly is more detrimental to their overall health than a little extra cushion could ever be. Stop thinking that calling out people who have excess weight is a concern for their health when it's not. It's you shaming them for not looking like Kendall Jenner. Being positive doesn't necessarily mean you're complacent in being unhealthy. It means you're not hating on yourself for where you are at the moment. Why do strangers get so mad when you don't hate yourself for excess weight?
what i love about the Barber Surgeon's Guild is it's very masculine branding, so that men who might be a bit insecure about losing their hair can feel comfortable and not "ashamed" for getting help
To be fair, he said "I don't know what I was taking" and was talking about the steroids he took for a short period of time a year ago. A lot of people's brains wouldn't think the drug name would be a memory worth retaining long-term, so they forget.
This series inspired me to face my balding. I’m 21, so confronting that was terrifying. But knowing that there was something I really could do inspired my to not only confront it, but try to do something about it. I’m not at a point where I need the restoration surgery, but I’m working with the BSG in NYC on other ways to help my hair. I feel like they should have elaborated on the "we brought barber and surgery back together" did yall know barbers used to perform surgeries in the 19th century?!? just wild.
It's also worth nothing that doctors were kind of seen like quacks back in the day. They would steal dead bodies, not clean anything (germ theory is relatively new), they would just try anything from cocaine to blood letting hoping something would work. Remember, just over 100 years ago, President Garfield was shot, and they had a team of doctors and scientist tried to remove the bullet for weeks and no one in that time thought to wash their hands. When McKinley was shot, they also tried to probe the wound with their fingers and didn't think to clean the area and he eventually died of gangrene. Barbers on the other hand "Well, I don't want to give anyone lice so I better clean my tools! Oh, and they should be sharp because no one wants an uncomfortable shave!"
Yeah, for a long time (and somewhat still today in the UK) surgeons were called Mister not Doctor, bc when medical schools came about surgeons didn’t attend them, they apprenticed to other surgeons! So for a long time surgeons weren’t technically doctors 😲

I think it’s about weighing up pros and cons. This is a pretty minimally invasive surgery and the payoff in confidence is really worth it. Compared to boob jobs for women, I think this is much better. Boob jobs come with a lot of risks, they’re much more invasive than this and you only get like 10yrs out of the implants. But boob jobs are pretty common. Fixing your teeth is another thing, I’d always recommend anyone who is unhappy with their teeth and wants to fix them to do that because it makes so much difference when you feel like you can smile again, the confidence payoff, so worth it.

Amen... the people that always preach... love yourself... usually can’t relate.
Is it just me or did his entire personality change too? He's way more confident, wow
@Maxime Laville calm down, no one's talking dysmorphia levels here. obviously therapy would be a better solution if someone was dysmorphic about their own body.

I love this comment
Isn't it funny how day after day people post this quote that CS Lewis never said.
Body positivity isnt just "stay natural" its do whatever makes you happy. If surgery, makeup and fitness makes you happy, theres nothing wrong with that.
So that’s literally not the definition of body positivity but like sure, that other different thing is nice too
Body positivity but only if you have $300,000 to get there!
I think that’s the worst thing is supporting people who choose to kill themselves by eating and them being called brave” and “beautiful” yes body shaming is a horrible thing but everyone should work on bettering themselves that’s why the thing of it being “ok” and “normal” is a bad thing our society does
@@remains10 this is a bad comment and you should feel bad :)

I see a lot of negative comments about your hair cut, which I feel is weird considering this is a video about your journey with hair insecurity.

The part where Zach momentarily regrets his decision because he often talks about body positivity and loving yourself, I just want to say this :
To anyone struggling with these kind of thoughts, just remember that loving yourself sometimes also includes changing things about yourself, to make you the best version of yourself! If you're confident with yourself and love yourself, and you wanna start exercising to be healthier and also lose a few pounds, that's self love! If you do things to change yourself because you know it will be better for your physical and mental being, then that is the highest form of self love in my opinion.

Imagine if Zach forgot to turn the clippers off and he had to come up with a speech of self acception
THAT WAS SO SCARY
I was literally seconds from crying
And think about David! I think Zach just took five years off his life!
Is anyone else just overwhelmingly proud of him?
The after is so natural too! It's like a subtle positive change
Just recently I thought it hadn’t done much, and then I watched old videos and it is SUCH a change! So happy for him!
I’m a woman with hair loss. It SUCKS.
I'm sorry :'( have you tried rogaine twice a day for 6 months?
I’m a 14-year-old girl with hair loss. It’s annoying and depressing.
@@kbunnieable2 does it even work?
@@aaleyah3082 my hair loss started in my teens, too. It is very depressing and I’m still not over it.
@@kbunnieable2 yes, I’ve been using 5% Rogaine for 8 years.
Been saving up for this myself....
Hair fell out (in a large amount) after working with chemicals 5 years ago and its been falling out ever since.. never stopped 😔
Best of luck for the future! I hope everything goes well for you 😊
Oh wow that’s scary. I hope it didn’t have other adverse effects.
Go for it buddy. All the best 👍
man wigs?
@@annienguyen4029 nah no one wants to look like a meatball

He looks good
No offense...but why does everyone still use this stylist? he does everyone so dirty lol
wait, who do you mean with everyone? And what does he do?
@@smileyxd6240 hes been in a bunch of buzzfeed vids too
How has he done people dirty
@@isabella6341 he's got him combing forward and over. after all this and he's doing a comb-over?

His hair looked good before the dude gave him a haircut ngl
Big hair makes Zach look really good
yea that stylist did not do him justice

Hey if the Try Guys team is reading this: PLEASE TURN ON captions for "Try Guys Make Dresses" there is no automatic captioning on the video and I have checked back the video like 10 times to see if there's been captions yet. Lately Try Guys channel has been disabling captioning for new videos and it's making me unhappy. PLEASE make the videos accessible to all Deaf people!! Thank you!!!
Up!
@@tdelioncourt1268 thank you! I've left comments about this on their IG and videos and they still haven't replied back or resolved this issue. It's so frustrating, they need a person who checks to make sure that all videos are accessible. This is not acceptable.
@@SabinaEngland it is youtube that has been removing captions from many creators
@@SabinaEngland I think that this is a universal issue right now, I've seen three or four created a saying that TH-cam is removing them
As a HOH person it so frustrating. I've have commented on some of their videos about that too.
It is just heartwarming to see the pure happiness on Zach’s face when he realized just how much his hair improved and the good vibes radiating from his smile!
I had a family member get this hair restoration surgery recently because of his video.
How’d it go
@@BlackDeath12345 gotta wait a year for full results I think
Well listen i
I know of a simple homemade solution it's indian remedy and it does get hair back
Please belive me
And do it for once
It worked for me and hence I am saying
@@SILENCEINTHESOULS
What’s the solution?
@@crabby7320 I am glad you asked
It's indian hindu medical remedy
NAMED AYURVEDA
Solution is to take garlic
And put it in mixi
And apply juice to place from where you lost hair
So stop applying when you feel burning sensation
And then at last wash hair after 30 minutes
Now you will see hair getting back within 30 days
And I won't lie to you
It was my biggest insecurity
And even I was like what how the hell indian old remedy will work but it worked
And hence literally beg you if you are suffering from hair loos
Please don't think like oh it's indian so it won't work
Please give it a try
Reason I am saying so much is because I want everyone to feel happiness that I felt
The bit where Zach was talking about his feelings about having needed surgery even though he preaches body positivity hit really hard as a trans guy.
@@geministargazer9830 omg yes I have found my trans brothren
Same but I had a stroke
i felt that, i’m always preaching trans people don’t have to get surgeries to be trans but then i feel like hypocrite because i’m like ~top surgery top surgery top surgery~
Me flip flopping on top surgery
Zach, don't get a perm, even for the giggle or a challenge- you're hair is too fine. I know it was probably a joke, but it made my cosmetologist heart spiked
I already completely forgot this happened. In case anyone really wants this and is worried it's all people will notice. I literally stopped noticing it almost as soon as it healed 🤷♀️
There is ZERO shame in taking reasonable steps to make yourself feel more comfortable in your own skin. You aren't changing yourself for others, you're making that change for yourself. By doing so, you are allowing yourself to adjust your perception of yourself in a way that is more self-loving. Be proud of the choices you make with your self interest in mind!
The Guild should officially call the “Zach’s package” procedure combo either the “Zachage” or the “Crowndiddy”. You’re welcome.
I love crowndiddy 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
@@Ne3e33e why thank you! I was quite proud of myself after coming up with that 😅
"I was gonna do one of those really cool timelapses where I take a photo every day and I did it 3 times" I relate 100%
The fade was a bad choice for his head shape and hairline. That barber did you dirty but don’t worry it grows back! 😄
Remember bobby? He's a year old now.
Who's Bobby?
They grow up so fast 😢
Who's Bobby
bob the builder's son (:
omg zack literally didnt even look bad with the puffy face. he just looked like a different person, not even bad tho. 😂🥺
The process has paid off. Congrats Zach!
Zach, good for you man. You seem so much happier, and Im so happy for you. There's nothing wrong with taking control of something you don't like about yourself. People work out to try and achieve the bodies they want, I don't see this as any different. So worth it to help someone feel more confident and happy with their bodies.
I've suffered from Alopecia Areata my entire life and I understand how you feel with not being ready to lose all your hair. As a woman, it's hard seeing your beautiful peers with different hairstyles every day and I had to wear a hat because I was completely bald. I'm so happy you did this for yourself and not because anyone else told you to. You're inspirational.
Imagine you finally get a hair after one year surgery later and then your barber give you very bad hair cut ruin your hair.
😭😭😭
Just why T T
Glad you said it cuz I would’ve said it worse 😂😂
I’m going to have to run my fade after
What a disastrous haircut. He totally ruined that whole year’s worth of growth. It looked better before he started.
Zach: *fakes buzzing his head*
His Barber: 🙀🙀🙀
He was like five seconds away from barber meltdown 😂 the fear was so genuine
I was 100% there with him, omg!

What I love most about Zach is that he's so jokey when he's with the other guys but when he's doing something like this on his own, he's so wholesome and heartwarming and I just 😊
Hair looks great, but stylist did him wrong.
lmaoo yea i would have done a fringe thing
Exactly bro
His hair is looking SO much thicker/fuller, but that hair cut did not do him any favors
The cut he got before his procedure looked great TBH! Should've gotten something similar to that again instead.
I low-key kinda don't like the stylist lol
As a stylist specializing in men’s hair cutting/ hair styling, I have to agree. Not saying the barber isn’t good, I just wish maybe he used a clipper to get a more precise fade and maybe a better hair style as well. He looks good either way tho 💓
I think that was kind of the point; to show him that he could go for a shorter cut and still have hair. His hair was thick enough to support it, it just wasn’t the right cut for his face.
I’m impressed nearly 500 agreed with me on this! I expected a ton of hate. I’ve seen that stylist on other videos and he’s done really good work for the guys, but I don’t think he is well-versed in Balding men’s hair.
I'm a 16 yr old girl that has been struggling with alopecia. I am going to be 17 in less than a month. I am going to reach my 4 year anniversary of when my hair first started falling out. I have so many insecurities about my hair. Seeing Zach get his hair back has brought me so much hope that I haven't had since I was 13. Thank you Zach. Thank you for sharing your story. I appreciate it.
I'm so happy for Zach, not only does he look amazing but he seems so much happier and more confident!
Zach showing his reflection a photo of himself is the biggest and most positive Leo energy I've ever seen & felt.
That's a proud cat 😊
Haha that’s what I was thinking, Zach’s such a lovely Leo! He is so fun and inspiring. (I’m not a Leo I just adore Zach)
That hairdresser definitely doesn’t know how to fade.
True! Just what I was thinking.
Agreed, this isn't the best style for his head shape and hair texture either.
@@SILENCEINTHESOULS 👀
They go to hair school then come out to being crappy hairstylist what are they learning in these schools?
@@Dtzeo503 From my personal experience a lot of hair stylists I went to that were actually good didn’t go to any fancy school. Not sure how exactly they would learn, but I’d assume it’s just a lot of practice and getting to understand different types/textures. I don’t think these schools are really teaching that kind of information and because of it once people become “certified”(?) they don’t really know what they’re doing.
