@@lovellhorrors1586 congrats thats the whole joke. the franchise was supposed to end several times, even scott said that for example fnaf 4 was supposed to be the end but then it wasn't. jfc. the fact that i have to explain my joke.
“Remember when we said this is the end” That one line has a triple meaning. It’s a shot at Scott Cawthon, a shot at Nate himself, and ref to Nate’s song “This is the End”
Listening to them in order for. FNAF 1 to now is painful. From No More treating them like ruthless monsters, to Mangled showing the madness inside the animatronics, to Nightmare which reveals the tragic backstories and makes you hate yourself for hating them for the first two games. Not even going INTO the cluster of emotions HOME makes me feel.
As a song writer, I can honestly feel the lyrics and relate to it as the situation with FNAF. There’s so many times we thought it was the end of the series, but then a new game comes and then throws an ending that has us thinking it’s the end, but then more keeps coming. It’s gotten to the point where we’re now asking “when will it end?” The lines like “will this be over soon?” Or “throw away my parts and burn my blackened heart” reflects this perfectly in my opinion. I feel like Nate is putting himself in the Animatronics’ perspective and puts them in this song. Telling us that they pretty much want to be free from all of this and let it all end. I don’t know if that’s what Nate intended to write, but he’s definitely a master when it comes to tribute songs.
Honestly, you could pretty easily separate this from the games, like, the lyrics don't specifically call out FNaF, which I like. It gives me serious Minutes to Midnight vibes, too, so that's a bonus, at least to me.
AAAAAY, ANOTHER LINKIN PARK FAN! This song does sound like a few of the songs on MtM, mainly in tone. Specifically Valentine's Day and The Little Things Give You Away. And what you mentioned about the lyrics being able to be heard and make sense in a situation outside of FNaF is what makes Nate the best person at creating original songs for works of fiction. He understands that lyrics don't need to strictly relate to the games and nothing else. Sure, Mangled, Salvaged, No More, and The Finale are all obviously about FNaF, but several of his songs have lyrics that wouldn't even be recognized as related to FNaF. This is the End has the terror and paranoia of feeling like you're being watched and chased down. Enjoy the Show, to a degree, can fit the lyrics not necessarily only relating only to FNaF, even if it's just barely, with the message of someone needing help and longing for a friend to be there for them. Madness has the feeling of going psychotic, having hallucinations with nobody hearing you. Nightmare is about feeling like you're the only source of your problems and you try to run away from yourself, but you just can't. Home is about feeling like you aren't safe, even when you're where you should be most safe, in your own house. Hell, even No More can have it's lyrics be thought of as someone cutting out a toxic relationship and not letting someone back into their life. Nate has always exceeded at this. I've been a fan of his since he was doing only parodies when I was 7. I'm now 17 and I'm proud I never gave up on his talent.
Personally I think it is a very depressed sad lonely person that pushes people away lives in darkness bees this mean unapproachable person but deep down inside just wants it all to him just want someone to love this one someone to fix his broken parts but knowing that that can never be that is why I like five nights at Freddy's music because they can be both for the game or in real life like you said and no points did it say at five nights at Freddy's it is a song about depression
It is impressive how a song about a mascot horror game can be a good therapy session for someone with depression and other mental disorders. The FNaF quotes are a fun inclusion as well.
"I'm broken, I'm scraps yet I'm the monster, you bring me to life so you can watch me die" I love how nate words the whole song but this part sticks out to me!! Nate you are super talented
Scott doesn't let the fnaf franchise die already, not for money, but for us so we can enjoy amazing music from talented people, like Nathan 👌 I love you Nate -no homo-
I love the use of the UCN quotes "I can't run, but I can pull myself apart" ("I can't run like I used to, but I can pull myself apart just fine." -Foxy) "It's a sweet, sweet sound of eternal silence, would you keep it down?" ("You hear that? It's the sweet, sweet sound of your eternal silence!" "Keep it down, wouldja?" -The Music Man)
Yeah! Im so glad Im not the only one that noticed this. When I going back and listening to the UCN voice lines I heard Music Man's lines I was like "...wait a minute!" LOL its so specific, it makes the song that much more memorable

The FNaF fandom was the whole reason I knew Nate existed in the first place, and it’s the single best thing that has ever happened to me. Nate is just so amazing, his music and gaming videos have and are still helping through some really tough times. Nate, if you ever see this, thank you so. Freaking. Much.
What's funny is that I was listening to the song and reading comments, and then the song said: Yøû brìñg më bãçk tø līfê tø wåtçh më dìè when I was reading this, exactly when I reached the part with the lines for that
I really like how both this song and "Madness" have lyrics that are about the game, while at the same time it's also a commentary about how the series is STILL going. It's a nice touch to two already good tracks.
This song has something about it that keeps me coming back. Normally I listen to a song for a week and it doesn't hit as hard anymore, but this song gets better every time I hear it. The funny part is that I didn't like this song the first time I heard it, and began to like the song in February and it still hits as hard as the first time I heard it and liked it. This song is perfect in my opinion.
Lyrics: I found my place in a darkened room that we We could not save Despite what you say, I can suffer too I'm human just like you Now I can’t run, but I can pull myself apart It's said and done, but yet we end up back at the start again Remember when I said this is the end? And now I'm so far gone Can you change my name? Can you replace my pain? I know I’m not all wrong So throw away my parts And burn my blackened heart, yeah Now I'm broken, I'm scraps, yet I'm the monster You bring me back to life So you can watch me die You can't tame me, just blame me, make me obsolete There's nothing left to say Just let me fade away Just let me fade away Let's see how many pieces you can cut me into Let's count all the excuses That you’ve got piled up inside your room Will this be over soon? It’s the sweet, sweet sound of eternal silence Won't you keep it down? Because all of this is not for you No one will, no one will play by your rules And now I'm so far gone Can you change my name? This was one of the songs that gave us the first hint about how Nate felt about some of these songs... We will never leave you Nate! You can rest now.
What I love about these songs is that they are fantastic, even without the context of the games! You've really have a gift with lyrics, stay awesome dude!!
The first part of the song always gives me extreme goosebumps. I don't know why. But the melody of the song and especially, the atmosphere. The animatronics' smooth animation in a dark and lonely place, yet still bright with the red and blue lights.
Why did the end of it almost make me cry?....after he said blackened heart my chest shuddered like I was going to cry.....holy hell nate..... Edit:I'm listening to it again, paying more attention, and I'm already tearing up halfway through
this gave me literal chills. seriously, this is easily one of your best works. I teared up not even through the first stanza; I'm in love with how you captured the pure rage and the desire for freedom. there is so much more to these characters and I think you nailed it on the head. beautiful job, Nathan. also if you don't tour with this album imma be real mayd
Nate: OK finally I’m done with fnaf...... * help wanted comes out * Nate:......here we go again......DAMN YOU FNAF, you always come back after we think is over
As someone who just learned about this song through the YT shorts, my feelings for this song are a jumbled mess, in a good way, they all consist of angst and sadness through the double meaning of the song and slight laughter because i randomly remind myself this is a FNAF song with mutiple lines that basically boil down "WHY ISNT THIS SERIES OVER ALREADY"
This sounds like a normal song, but the lyrics keep making me get drawn into it. The lyrics are the best part. They don’t point towards certain characters in an obvious way, and it’s so satisfyingly creepy. Amazing song ❤️
I met Nate at Indy pop con a few years ago. It hurts that he probably doesn't remember me, because I love these songs that he makes that gives the children in these stories a voice. And does it so beautifully. I'm forever grateful. I feel like he gives us all a voice in our inner child nightmares.
Random monster In “Madness” Nate said, “the madness never ends up in my mind” and “I know I swore this was the last time” In “No More” Nate said, “I’m sick of getting stuck in the same routine again” In “Home” Nate said, “just let me go, I’m trapped within my home” In “Count the Teeth” Nate said, “this never ending game” And in “Nightmare” Nate said, “Get me out of this mess and away from the stress”
I think this one's better. That might just be me though as I was kinda indifferent for One Way Ticket but it slowly grew on me. ThErE iSn'T a FnAf SoNg Of NaTe'S tHaT i CaN't LiKe...
Man how was this 3 years ago already? Any time I look at something FNaF related it just makes me sad anymore.. I wanna go back to when there was some mystery and new songs coming out
I cannot tell you how I can’t get over the shot of baby at the end of the first verse, i love it so much. it’s so sad, it reminds you she’s still a little girl in there being tormented and stuck under ground

I'm human just like you

Remember when I said this is the end?
And now I'm so far gone
Can you change my name?
Can you replace my pain?
I know I’m not all wrong
So throw away my parts
And burn my blackened heart, yeah
Now I'm broken, I'm scraps, yet I'm the monster
You bring me back to life
So you can watch me die
You can't tame me, just blame me, make me obsolete
There's nothing left to say
Just let me fade away
Just let me fade away
Let's see how many pieces you can cut me into
Let's count all the excuses
That you’ve got piled up inside your room
Will this be over soon?
It’s the sweet, sweet sound of eternal silence
Won't you keep it down?
Because all of this is not for you
No one will, no one will play by your rules
And now I'm so far gone
Can you change my name?
Can you replace my pain?
I know I’m not all wrong
So throw away my parts
And burn my blackened heart, yeah

You've really have a gift with lyrics, stay awesome dude!!
Love it! You're truly one of my favorite musicians, Nate!
You're so underrated. Keep up the great work!
Now we know one thing is for sure.
Nate still makes Fnaf songs despite the long wait for another game.
The first part of the song always gives me extreme goosebumps. I don't know why. But the melody of the song and especially, the atmosphere. The animatronics' smooth animation in a dark and lonely place, yet still bright with the red and blue lights.
Who else wants an acoustic version of this? 🤚🏻
we need one right this sec
Littlfluffydino13:✋🏻
i would die because it would be too beautiful
Personally not me
It wouldn't sound too good
This lyric video and song are so beautiful. Such great work.
Easily up there with a group of the best FNaF songs and easily a top 10 from Mr. Sharp. Amazing job, Nathan.
Why did the end of it almost make me cry?....after he said blackened heart my chest shuddered like I was going to cry.....holy hell nate.....
Edit:I'm listening to it again, paying more attention, and I'm already tearing up halfway through
Ok I get it, other franchises have original songs, stop replying to this 4 year old comment
@LightDancer TheDancer *cough* the Minecraft fandom with parodies of songs by various artist *cough*
And *Nightmare's* the closing
@@balldevourer_ SHUT UP MINECRAFT PARODIES ARE AMAZING
@@sptflcrw8583 that's *your* opinion :) I hate them
@@balldevourer_ Opinion? Hah, don't make me laugh. Don't mine at night is the gospel and you shall heed every it's every word
"You bring me back to life. So you can watch me die"
Always sends chills down my back
this gave me literal chills. seriously, this is easily one of your best works.
* help wanted comes out *
Nate:......here we go again......DAMN YOU FNAF, you always come back after we think is over
So true.
Damn you Scott, damn you!
Ya know the same thing is happening with Game Theory
@@tlspartylight4105 damn right
Scott will always mess with us, no matter what happens
So all exclusive songs to cd are slowly being released. I'm not complaining.
There are so many references to The Ultimate Custom Night in the lyrics of this song that I love it.
Still the king of FNAF songs! Love it Nate keep at it as always.
I love this style, it's like your older videos with all the environments
I've been drifting away from this series, but songs like this keep pulling me back. Great job, Nate!
Same thing happens to me lol
Same here
The fans and Purple Guy are kinda the same cause we always come back!
This sounds like a normal song, but the lyrics keep making me get drawn into it. The lyrics are the best part. They don’t point towards certain characters in an obvious way, and it’s so satisfyingly creepy. Amazing song ❤️
i think this has to be the BEST lyric video of his. the camera perspectives and view of the animatronics throughout looks amazing
I met Nate at Indy pop con a few years ago. It hurts that he probably doesn't remember me, because I love these songs that he makes that gives the children in these stories a voice. And does it so beautifully. I'm forever grateful. I feel like he gives us all a voice in our inner child nightmares.
LET'S JUST SAY I WAS NOT PREPARED FOR THIS MASTERPIECE
Me either
Thank you for adding your FNaF song's to Spotify, I am grateful for it, You Are The Best Nathan.
This is very good!
Thank you for blessing my recommended feed.
wow this actually impressed me, your one of the only fear music creators who doesn't only do rap type stuff, I like it
Man I love Nate’s songs, all of his composes are such bangers 🔥
I see all those references Nate, dont think I don't XD
Nobody:
Nate: Imma release a song for a game that didn't come out
by the way great song
Wait what are you talking about this song came out in 2019 the game came out around mid 2018
@@masoneveridge4078 fnaf vr came out in 2019
@@Snaking_Gamer More specifically, _December_ 2019, while this song was released in April.
@@GearTech147 Actually the game came out in May
@@Snaking_Gamer Ah, I see. I swear I saw something say December. But still, the point stands.
REMEMBER WHEN I SAID I WAS DONE!
Scott: *cracks knuckles* not yet
also known as nate saying "remember when I said this is the end?"
Random monster
In “Madness” Nate said, “the madness never ends up in my mind” and “I know I swore this was the last time”
In “No More” Nate said, “I’m sick of getting stuck in the same routine again”
In “Home” Nate said, “just let me go, I’m trapped within my home”
In “Count the Teeth” Nate said, “this never ending game”
And in “Nightmare” Nate said, “Get me out of this mess and away from the stress”
Fnaf 57: Freddy in space
Scott: Freddy was always destined for space
GHR’s Five Nights at Freddy’s songs are so good because you can associate them with other things!
FNAF UCN comes out: Finally, That's over.
Help Wanted comes out: Ah shit, here we go again.
Absolutely sick. (In a good way.)
Made my sinuses worse-
O mode
Nate, you make the best FNAF songs in the community. I LOVE IT SO MUCH
Jeebus Nate the game isn't even out yet calm down!
Nate: YOU TELL SCOTT TO CALM DOWN!!
This was the best song I have heard from you so far and I mean that
I could see this song being played on the radio and the fact that it's about FNAF being cool trivia to the people who didn't already know.
For such an upbeat song, it sure slapped me across the face with nostalgia and sadness.
Like a harder nightmare, pretty good honestly, eventhogh I did prefer One Way Ticket
I think this one's better. That might just be me though as I was kinda indifferent for One Way Ticket but it slowly grew on me.

1:19 Call of Duty Nowadays in a nutshell.
Awesome work as always! Keep up the awesome music!
Man how was this 3 years ago already? Any time I look at something FNaF related it just makes me sad anymore.. I wanna go back to when there was some mystery and new songs coming out
I just like how as he makes more FNaF songs, the topics become more abstract
I cannot tell you how I can’t get over the shot of baby at the end of the first verse, i love it so much. it’s so sad, it reminds you she’s still a little girl in there being tormented and stuck under ground
I really enjoyed this song and making me sad as well and thank you so much 😭😁
This is my favorite song you've done hands down its incredible
Love this song Nate! 😍
I'll risk it, this is my favorite ever song from you.
This is genuinely amazing
This is the best animation I've seen to the lyrics of a song. Nate keep up the good work and keep making these amazing songs.
