You’re such a fun person!! You’re not alone with those pregnancy hormones. You’re very normal! I just had a baby almost 5 days ago at 8 days overdue. I know about those hormones at the end! I had a good ole cry a couple days before she was born because it felt like I was going to be pregnant forever! I worried about the delivery and how it would go, but honestly, that was worries I could have done without because it all turned out beautifully and your birth story is already all planned out by the Lord before it happens so why not give it to Him!? ❤️ I hope your experience this second time is much better than the first.
Oh my! The song "You Are Loved" was just what I needed to hear this morning! I had an unplanned hysterectomy this past Monday, due to very low/critical hemoglobin levels. I have been feeling so tired lately and finally had a doctor look into why! After months of advocating for ME, which is so difficult for this mama of 5, I finally threw in the towel. Since my procedure, I have hit a slump emotionally. My wonderful husband has been such a champion and support to me. God blessed me with the best! Thank you for all you do to encourage us! We are all emotional when we face the unknown. Do not push yourself at this time you need to rest and take care of yourself. Your faith will carry you through.
Oh I so wish you a wonderful delivery! Have you looked into breathing exercises for relaxation? It has helped me tremendously and I just só love that God gave us that tool to influence our bodies into making all these lovely hormones to feel relaxed, speed things up and suppress pain. Practicing those breathing techniques up front, sometimes whilst praying, also gave me peace for the delivery. Just putting it out there, I whish you all the best, and wouldn't want you to miss out because you didn't know 😊.
When I was pregnant, I was happy, everything tasted soo good! After my son was born, you could smile and tell me how sweet he was and I would say thank you and cry! At church, just hearing Jesus mentioned and I would be emotional. I wasn't depressed.... just felt emotional. This lasted about 3 months then my hormones must have leveled and all was good again. Praying for you to have a safe delivery. I love how you share her love for God.

Don’t apologize for being tired or not getting things done as fast as you think you should have. You are in your last few weeks of pregnancy and of course you are not going to be yourself. Creating and carrying a little human being for 9 months is not an easy task…don’t be so hard on yourself. Little Zander is so enthusiastic over everything he does. He is adorable. It has been nearly 30 years, but when I was expecting my daughter, I often found myself in tears over silly things. I remember someone asking me what sex the baby was going to be, and I broke out bawling. I didn't want to know the sex. I wanted it to be a surprise, and everyone kept asking me. So, I finally broke down when someone asked again. I'm sure she felt bad and shocked at the same time over my emotional response. LOL It will be over soon, and you will be holding that sweet baby. Praying you have a easy and safe delivery. I'm so excited to see Zander when he sees her for the first time.
Easier said than done, but try to slow down. Rest periods during the day will help. A suggestion is to do a load of wash each and every day. Do not let it all go for one day. Throw it in the morning as you do your every day chores. Fold at night or have Xander help with his clothes and the towels. Once you get in this routine it really helps. Remember to tqke care of you first. Just dont worry about getting it all done. Little Miss will be here soon and your days will be full.

Hello, Janine. Just some words of encouragement re labour and delivery. I had a really tough time when my first child was born. I actually had bad dreams during my second pregnancy about what was going to happen. The second time was so much easier. It’s almost as if my body was saying ”Oh we’ve done this before. I know what to do”. I went on to have a total of 4 children and none of the labours was as hard as the first. You tuber Megan Fox had a Psalm that she spoke over her baby during labour and delivery. What a wonderful way for a baby to arrive.

I also wanted to say that labora can be so so different. My first had me scared to ever have more kids and my second labor was so beautiful and peaceful that I thought I could do it again moments after. Now pregnant with baby #10 and almost all my births have been much better than that first.

Labor anxiety is normal since you know what you are going for, my experience with baby number two was a lot easier than the first, I pray for an easy delivery and mom and baby girl to be healthy.

I am new to canning but have been experimenting with it. I thought for some reason that you couldn't sanitize the jars in the dishwasher that it wasn't enough. I love how u saved them in the freezer until u got a chance. I need to do that. I get overwhelmed with the number of vegetables I have to process. Thank you for the motivation. Beautiful Princess of Most High, I only experienced that with my 2nd pregnancy because, I went to full term. My 3 other children were Preemies. So take comfort in the fact that your Beautiful Daughter is healthy growing till her appropriate time. In my personal opinion because of my daughter's pregnancies. They in their own individuals ways where harder pregnancies than my two boys. One of my two daughters was my full-term baby but they were hard pregnancies. I did gain abit more weight and that affected my joints and body. My daughters deliver anxiousness, but their actual delivery were easily. My 2 children were so called regularly births and my 3rd and 4th were C-section. Before I forget VERY HAPPY BIRTHDAY and Many Blessing.

Not enough sleep will also play with your brain and emotions😘. Sleep in a recliner, see if that helps you to sleep🙏🏻. Please slow down a little!! The arbor is so pretty, it makes your garden area so pretty with the shed.
Jeannine, you are.going to do really well with this labor. We cannot be there with you, but we can certainly pray for you. And also pray for Nolan and Xander. Nolan is a big, tough guy, but he loves you and does not want to see you in pain. Xander may be scared at seeing his Mom in pain. Take good care of yourself....I feel like they are folks in your church who will be there to help with meals and housework. Cannot wait for this baby girl. Xander is really going to be a great big brother and big helper. Prayers for all.
I just want to say my first child’s labor was horrible pure nightmare so when getting ready for my second I was even more reserved and scared! but I have to say not only was it shorter it was nothing like the first!!! Your going to be great! Today I became a great great aunt to baby girl 9lb9oz!!!! That’s a 3 month old😂
Yes evry pregnancy brings different ways of carrying an labor is always way different. My 1st was 8 hrs an pulled out with forceps cuz the umbilical cord was wrapped 2 times around d his neck an 2nd was 4 hrs an 4 pushes... easy peasy... heeheehee ur 2nd labor always for the most part is usually quicker an somewhat easier... good luck for that walk evry day. It helps with ur labor... good luck n stay safe an healthy

Yes, I kept wondering if I would love my second son . For nearly 6-8 months I struggled with postpartum depression. It took me a year before I could look at my second son’s hospital birth picture. My son was born 6 weeks early. I was a mess. So…. all your emotions are valid.

Pro Lego tip from a mom and nana to boys, pour the legos onto a cookie sheet with rims that way pieces don’t go rolling onto the floor as they build and if they don’t finish you can just move the cookie sheet out of the way. Works like a charm!

Little Zander is so enthusiastic over everything he does. He is adorable. It has been nearly 30 years, but when I was expecting my daughter, I often found myself in tears over silly things. I remember someone asking me what sex the baby was going to be, and I broke out bawling. I didn't want to know the sex. I wanted it to be a surprise, and everyone kept asking me. So, I finally broke down when someone asked again. I'm sure she felt bad and shocked at the same time over my emotional response. LOL It will be over soon, and you will be holding that sweet baby. Praying you have a easy and safe delivery. I'm so excited to see Zander when he sees her for the first time.

Easier said than done, but try to slow down. Rest periods during the day will help. A suggestion is to do a load of wash each and every day. Do not let it all go for one day. Throw it in the morning as you do your every day chores. Fold at night or have Xander help with his clothes and the towels. Once you get in this routine it really helps. Remember to tqke care of you first. Just dont worry about getting it all done. Little Miss will be here soon and your days will be full.

A lot of the books I request from the library end up coming from the Shippensburg Library. Never been in it though. If you are ever in Holly, you should peek your head in and see how beautiful our library is. Go in the front. It is old (except for the newer addition) and beautiful.
Hello, Janine. Just some words of encouragement re labour and delivery. I had a really tough time when my first child was born. I actually had bad dreams during my second pregnancy about what was going to happen. The second time was so much easier. It’s almost as if my body was saying ”Oh we’ve done this before. I know what to do”. I went on to have a total of 4 children and none of the labours was as hard as the first. You tuber Megan Fox had a Psalm that she spoke over her baby during labour and delivery. What a wonderful way for a baby to arrive.

I also wanted to say that labora can be so so different. My first had me scared to ever have more kids and my second labor was so beautiful and peaceful that I thought I could do it again moments after. Now pregnant with baby #10 and almost all my births have been much better than that first.

I am new to canning but have been experimenting with it. I thought for some reason that you couldn't sanitize the jars in the dishwasher that it wasn't enough. I love how u saved them in the freezer until u got a chance. I need to do that. I get overwhelmed with the number of vegetables I have to process. Thank you for the motivation. Beautiful Princess of Most High, I only experienced that with my 2nd pregnancy because, I went to full term. My 3 other children were Preemies. So take comfort in the fact that your Beautiful Daughter is healthy growing till her appropriate time. In my personal opinion because of my daughter's pregnancies. They in their own individuals ways where harder pregnancies than my two boys. One of my two daughters was my full-term baby but they were hard pregnancies. I did gain abit more weight and that affected my joints and body. My daughters deliver anxiousness, but their actual delivery were easily. My 2 children were so called regularly births and my 3rd and 4th were C-section.

Yes! Those hormones hit me after our baby was born, unexpected crying! You are older, your body will react differently. Not enough sleep will also play with your brain and emotions😘. Sleep in a recliner, see if that helps you to sleep🙏🏻. Please slow down a little!!

Jeannine, you are.going to do really well with this labor. We cannot be there with you, but we can certainly pray for you. And also pray for Nolan and Xander. Nolan is a big, tough guy, but he loves you and does not want to see you in pain. Xander may be scared at seeing his Mom in pain. Take good care of yourself....I feel like they are folks in your church who will be there to help with meals and housework. Cannot wait for this baby girl. I just want to say my first child’s labor was horrible pure nightmare so when getting ready for my second I was even more reserved and scared! but I have to say not only was it shorter it was nothing like the first!!! Your going to be great! Today I became a great great aunt to baby girl 9lb9oz!!!! That’s a 3 month old😂

Yes evry pregnancy brings different ways of carrying an labor is always way different. My 1st was 8 hrs an pulled out with forceps cuz the umbilical cord was wrapped 2 times around d his neck an 2nd was 4 hrs an 4 pushes... easy peasy... heeheehee ur 2nd labor always for the most part is usually quicker an somewhat easier... good luck for that walk evry day. It helps with ur labor... good luck n stay safe an healthy

Yes, I kept wondering if I would love my second son . For nearly 6-8 months I struggled with postpartum depression. It took me a year before I could look at my second son’s hospital birth picture. My son was born 6 weeks early. I was a mess. So…. all your emotions are valid.

Pro Lego tip from a mom and nana to boys, pour the legos onto a cookie sheet with rims that way pieces don’t go rolling onto the floor as they build and if they don’t finish you can just move the cookie sheet out of the way. Works like a charm!

I was horribly emotional with my daughter. I did not cry with my son ! I think it’s the difference in hormones carrying a boy or girl . Hang in there !!! You are almost there !!! I always reminded myself good easy labor or long difficult labor neither will last forever!!!! God is your strength!!!!
