Want's Something Quality Time - Connected Diaper Change (RIE baby)

A short video showing how to connect with a baby and invite participation during a diaper change. When I reflect on this change several months down the track, I notice that there are several times I carry on the task whilst I am talking to baby about other things that she is noticing. This is something I have become mindful of and I now ensure I stop the task completely to engage with her about her interests and wait for her readiness and participation before resuming the change.
