I remember both those Survivor Series matches when he quit on his teams, his teammates would go to make the tag and he would turn around and walk away. I did Judo for many years. Allen was good friends with my Sensei and I also knew Allen very well. He was very nice guy and a very good father. I used to laugh back in the late 1980s and early 1990s, when people were terrified of him. One time we went out to eat at restaurant, and people who recognized him were scared of him. I just tried to hide my laughter. Ha ha ha!

I had no idea he was born in 1943... I thought he was in the neighborhood of Flair (1949). I also did not know how popular he was in other territories... God bless him.

the silent and humble ones are usually the ones who are the real bad asses. he seems like the real deal and seems like a nice guy from all the interviews ive seen with him.
