If it's night for you, go to sleep, I know it's hard to fall asleep right now but you deserve a good sleep. If you have nightmares, please, don't let them fight you. If it's day for you, don't start it by such sad music, I know it's impossible to have a good day with such mindset but take baby steps, start by drinking two cups of water everyday in the morning and so on.. You will start building little healthy habits. If it's evening for you, you're probably overwhelmed and stressed, I want you to know it's okay to feel the way you feel. You don't need to be scared, of course you're overwhelmed or stressed. I mean who wouldn't? But it's important to know that when you feel that way you should do a little self care, such as taking a bath for example? You deserve to feel at ease and relaxed.
And if you are somewhere in between I hope you know that you're so strong for breathing despite the pain, I know you will make it :) I believe in you. I was really tired, mentally tired. All the plans I have made since last night flopped because of my situation right now.
I have been stressing a lot about different² aspects. Including family problem, career choosing stage, failed relationship, many more problems coming into my life here and there.....
I couldn't open up to anyone. It's very hard for me to talk with people about what i truly feel inside.
When I was in love with my boyfriend, he took care of me a lot and made me feel so safe talking about anything what I feel to him. In that way, I kept all my trust to him and shared anything with him.
But now due to some problems, including "not getting approval from both my parents and his parents to our relationship and being a different culture from him" we broke up so suddenly. He changed a lot too.
And it breaks my hurt a lot. I tried hard to ignore the pain. I can ignore it for some days but then start missing him a lot and it makes me feel so down.
Today, not only for this break up, i have been stressing a lot about different reasons and I was looking up for someone whom I can talk to and feel safe about talking this stuff again like i did to my ex boyfriend.

It's strange that this was written during the worst time of my 16 year marriage, right after losing my Grandmother. We're trying to work it out, but I realize now that this sadness and chaos has honestly always been a part of my life. I've lost both parents and all but 1 grandparent by the time I was 36. Just this morning before I was woke up by my husband I had a dream that my dad was at the door and I just about couldn't get out of it fast enough to give him a hug. He hugged me and said I messed up. He passed of an accidental overdose and heart attack because in his last years he was confused and alot of times he was out of it and talking to my mom and his parents that passed before him next month on my birthday makes 2 years. My mom and step-dad died together in a motorcycle accident in July will be 10 years
I want to tell him I still love him, but he is in a happy relationship. I messed up our relationship so bad but I’m older now and want another chance. I don’t think I’ll ever get another chance, but he is still the best man my age I’ve ever met and I love him. I miss the late nights, the jokes, the laughs. Hearing his voice.

I know exactly what you mean but tbh I'm not the one who messed up. But now she has come back and says she was dumb for leaving but she doesn't want me back. Like wtf ad I supposed to do with that. And I've been diagnosed with cancer and idek how to respond to anything. Andi met someone else and she doesn't want me to be with this chick but she doesn't want me either
