- Hello everyone! I’m so excited to share my newest handmade fabric mixed media junk journal using Tim Holtz stunning Abandoned fabric line. I fell in love with this fabric and I think you will too!

I have started to make one of these journals a few days ago and I know there is so much more to do to getting looing fab, hats off to all the people on TH-cam that teach us all this amazing stuff to make, I would be lost with all you girls. Well done keep up the great work. From OZ.

suzy, i just ordered a set of those fat quarters from a shop at Etsy called 'Fields Fabrics'...like you said, there are some great shops from Etsy who carries Tim Holtz fabrics so i should get them this week-can't wait! i know i'm a little late in getting into these type of journalling but your creativity continuously inspires me💕 your compositions are no joke😍! hope i can post some of mine soon too 🤞😜

Hello Suzy! I have commented on this particular project of yours a couple times in the past and still 2yrs later I am drawn back to it! I just LOVE this fabric journal! I even bought the fabric a year ago and really want to try and make something similar! Do you have classes on how to create this? If so please tell me where to go and sign up? There are so many techniques you use and so many little details I would love to learn! How you have the fabrics layers and tattered too is just gorgeous!
Hello Michelle, thanks so much for your comment. I don’t have a class on this journal but will do one some day when I have some time. Lol! Until then I would suggest trying out different techniques. It’s ok, Sometimes creativity takes time.

@Susan Schultheis LOL...I totally get it 😷 the best source for the Abandoned fabric is Etsy. You will need to preorder because it doesn’t ship until this December. All of Tim’s fabrics are available now except Abandoned. 😊
