Hi , My Historrical data disappears when i connect USB drive in HMI , can anyone help for this settings

I followed the process to do a download via ethernet cable, but after compiling an error pops up saying "Package failed." Has anyone experienced this? I am sorting through online manuals / etc but have not had any luck.
