I know Herman and Jessica I went to school with him and I used to hang out with her in the Lower East Side back in the early 2000s. They've been together for years these two they were each other soulmates and my heart goes out to her and their family
As you can see the problem we’re having right now someone gets caught drinking and driving once 2.3.4.5.6 times and most of the times the charges get dropped they have to wait until a tragedy like this happens to charge him. We need to change the law. I hope one day we all come together and fight for this. My condolences to all the family. It is something that should’ve never happened.
