Thanks bro for your kind words. Also for your query, you can install custom rom without unlocking critical but cannot flash stock rom. So I suggest better do it, no issue in doing this

Install gcam.. Then remove root.. Should be able to recv ota..

Hi..i have seen your video on how to root and unlock bootloader. My main purpose to do so it to recover photos that got deleted as i had to do factory data reset. I installed few apps to recover data but they can run if device is rooted.. pls suggest with your views that should I be rooting device to check on recovery.. i am not technical person..
Mostly not possible, as it gets overwritten. No use of doing rooting

@@rahulsethia2713 I showed it to service center and they said to change motherboard(so costly). So I repaired it at local mobile repairing shop they changed emmc chip. It worked for one month then same thing happened. Then I exchanged it on Flipkart and bought Realme X 7 max for ₹16500/- during sale.

hello bro, apparently if you are from the stock rom you should flash twrp 3.2 , not 3.3 as in the video...which causes the device to be stuck in twrp logo and also be stuck in a bootloop [i cant get into the OS]. So what should i do? I want to forget about everything and get my device back to functioning as normal. Should i flash the stock rom using mi flash tool?[since i can still access fastboot?]
Bro.. Please Take backup and run all the fastboot commands from description and then flash twrp and disable_encryption zip. Should be ok.. Else mi tools flash is always the option.. Twrp stuck is because of encryption

Can this be done on mac? Also, can it be done to a Pixel 1 (sailfish) running Android 10? TWRP's website says it will take a while before it will work with Android 10.
I already have adb/ fastboot on the Mac but I don't know the commands to use.
After installing IMG and ZIP, it reboots back to TWRP again instead of the OS.

Hiii bro, Today I flashed havoc os custom ROM in slot A and flashed gapps zip in slot B and reboot to system in slot B through twrp. But my device got unroot and I have to root it again with twrp. So my question is in which slot should I flash twrp image and magisk zip?
Whenever you flash anything, it gets flashed in inactive slot.

Bro i flashed twrp 3.3.1 on A2 but when I try to flash it through my storage, my storage does not show any proper folders. For example I've Xiaomi named folder in my storage but it is not shown in twrp storage instead all the folders are like this "5eimdoknfHdj"(not exact) and no zips or images are found in it

After the android 10 update my Mi A2 device does not charge rapidly anymore, to fix this I am trying to root and install TWRP recovery. But when I press and hold the power and volume down button, the bootloader icon does not come up. instead a blank screen shows up. Can you help?

i do the whole process up to the minute 8:39. when i prees enter the phone get a black screen and never show the twrp recovery, but i can acces tho the phone. i restart the phone and set it up again in fastboot and try install twrp recovery again. but i cant. idk why, i have the same phone. MI A2 64gb. should i change the recovery?
Ideally should work, but you have to make sure you have executed all commands successfully. Else ok try with some other recovery

I tried it with Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite, it worked but needed different commands fastboot flashing unlock -> fastboot oem unlock, fastboot flashing unlock_critical-> X (not needed), fastboot format cache -> couldnt format, worked without it. It loaded good, everything works as intended

I did also to restart from the beginning the steps of what you did here but it always stuck on twrp recovery. How can I escape this from the loop? Is this the bootloop on what they were saying?

Thanks for your awesome video bro, It cleared my lots of doubts. But i have few more doubts -
1.) Do i need to Decrypt my encrypted stock rom first before unlocking bootloader.
2.) If i have permanent twrp installed, then by any means it can create problem for rom likes "Havoc" that already have twrp inbuilt in them.
3.) Unlocking bootloader will clear all your data - then these commands are needed again - " fastboot format userdata,
fastboot format cache"

Hey, I really like how detailed your tutorials are, so im going to ask you to make one for installing a Custom ROM (even better if you show how to do that with Pixel Experience Plus Edition for Android 10), because I cannot really understand those A and B partitions. I somehow once managed to install the ROM but I softbricked it and now im strugguling to install it again (even after flashing the stock rom and trying again)

I did it step by step but My Computer showing TWRP img file is corrupted,,,then I redownload the file,, it's again show corrupted,,then I search e website and download TWRP img file from a trusted site but it's showing img file corrupted..

Yes, as the force encryption is already enabled. So you cannot open twrp later as it will get stuck. So better do format user data n cache

Hello sir after giving the command for for booting twrp.img it boot into it but cant find the file path i have to swith on the phone then move the file but once again if i boot into recovery by the command once again i can locate the file search every folder but no success
The path should have no space in it. Replace space with underscore or hyphen then try again

You can flash with mitool any android version.
But to bypass the twrp stuck Take backup and run all the fastboot commands and then flash twrp and disable encryption zip.

Hi, on 9:30 there is an option "Intall Recovery Ramdisk" but it doesn't appear on my device to install the twrp.img . What do I do? Thanks
You have to choose install img file, in bottom right, choose that and select twrp img file to falsh. Then it will ask for partition and then select recovery ram disk in the list, which comes a bit down in the list

When you do fastboot boot TwrpPath, automatically it boots to twrp in mobile

ok mr techie i have been reading and found out from stock (mine is) you can not boot straight to 3.3.1.0 you have to do 3.2.3.0, however i now dont have the recovery partition you have at 9:30 so where do i save the .img?

TWRP is stucked at bootscreen. I have done everything step by step but at the end TWRP is stucked at bootscreen. Could you please tell me what can be done now?
Take backup and run all the fastboot commands and then flash twrp and disable encryption zip.
I followed each and every step correctly. I am very very sure about it. Even i tried three times and everytime at the end TWRP sticks at boot screen. Is there any other process which we need to follow instead of what is shown in video? Any other possibility for this issue because i have followed everything step by step on my MIA2 running on android10 and used same files which you have given in descriptions. Yes i have also correctly installed zip file after installing image file just the way you have shown in video.

@@AbsolutelyTechie thank you for the fast reply. the command i entered was "fastboot format userdata / cache" both gives same error. however i didn't want to keep twrp , i just want to enable camera2 api,so I just flashed magisk by booting to twrp from pc. so can i now enable camera 2 api using buildprop ? and can i relock the bootloader afterwards and would that let me use gpay and other apps as normally, do i need to anything else?

Remove space between Marc Jones. Or put in some folder where there is no soace in folder namd

What is the command you used?
Try running fastboot -w and see what it says
