Love your video on Egypt 😊 and may God Richly Bless you and may Jesus Christ show you His GREAT love that He has for each of YOU ❤️ Just ask Him to show you personally His Love as He did to me years ago 😊
What an interesting and vibrant district, just the kind I like, with a surprise around every corner. I haven't been for 10 years, so it was a real pleasure to be reintroduced to it. Well filmed footage too. Good to connect with you fellow walker.
It really is one of the most chaotic places I've ever travelled. Full stop. However its a good time of the year (not as crazy hot as it is in the summer), and also -- there's just no other place like Cairo Egypt!
Am traveling to Cairo -maadi very soon this month, so video was really helpful to especially figure out how life can be. Isn't it hot, people are busy as if it a normal Ugandan weather 😳😳
Haha yea it is very hot, but everyone seems to work their way passed it and just keep living. As a Canadian is was intense getting used to all the chaos + the heat, however I'm sure you're going to love it as much as I did!
I'm physically exhausted just watching this. Haven't been in such chaotic environment for over a quarter century. I don't think I can cope with this after 20 mins. Imagine if we had footages of the interactions in markets from 4000 years ago. These clips are going to be invaluable when people would watch them a 1000 year from now. What's with the occasional burkas? I didn't know they were popular in Egypt! I guess Egypt still has a lot of Salafis.
Right! I have wondered what AI imagery we will be able to render soon, and how we'll be able to take massive historical writings coupled with artwork of the era to create some blissful tours of those historic locations.
Awesome video. I love Cairo and Luxor. InshaAllah(God Willing) I relocate to Cairo A.S.A.P. and never return to this place they call the "Western Civilisation".
During Covid they restricted all the hookah patios and cafe seating on the streets but they did bring them back JUST as I was leaving (around Sept 2021).
IT APPEARS THAT THEY ARE OUR BROTHERS IN FREE MARKET CAPITOLISM,, ARE THEY NOT ALLOWED TO WEAR ANTI VIRUS MASKS, P.S. TOO MUCH PAVMENT SHOWN, NOT ENOUGH SHOPS
You have no idea about Egyptians and Muslims in particular. Muslims believe in Moses, Allah has mentioned Moses more than 200 times in the Quran. Muslims and Arabs' issue is not with the Jews it is only with Zionists.
Thanks Aussie, you couldn't be more correct. On the pilgrimage through Mount Sinai, I was joined with Arabs from around the world, Jews from Israel, and Christians from America all there to visit the shared spot Moses received the message from God. While the Qur'an doesn't place Joshua by name with Moses, it is believed that Yusha bin Nun (Joshua) was the "attendant" of Moses mentioned in the Quran before Moses meets Khidr.
I love the Old parts of Cairo, it is as if it is one giant vibrant community, resonating with such high levels of humility, friendship and hospitality
Yea I find myself going back to Cairo every year (three years in a row now) and I always stay in Old Cairo and Ramses.

Just got back from Egypt! Cairo is the most chaotic place that I've been to in my life, but I loved the historical sites.

Je viens de réserver pour le caire et je suis marocaine.alors je vous souhaite le bienvenue dans mon pays maroc .vous allez adorer.
The very chaotic element you speak of is endowed with a high level of ambient and vibrant social collectiveness, not found anywhere else on Earth.

I remember they used to have outdoor hookah cafes in Cairo -- some makeshift just in alleys -- they were everywhere. Are they still there?
Not sure, they're currently trying to eradicate them, maybe in maadi
During Covid they restricted all the hookah patios and cafe seating on the streets but they did bring them back JUST as I was leaving (around Sept 2021).
