Great video Leon! I tried Cella because Gary had sent me some and it was really good! It reminds me of marzipan a filling used for Christmas in Germany called stollen. Hope you're doing well my friend God bless!
Great video as expected, Leon. I was contemplating differences here and there based on what you said before.. There are changes happening in my company too, but as i have been hired for more than 10yrs, if I were to be fired, I would min (legally) be entitled to 6 months salary.. sometimes the US still surprise me, but then I live in one of the commi states and pay shitloads of tax 😂. Fingers still crossed!
@@dnamol Commi states are so concerned with egalitarian, no-fault out comes, they forget about cost vs benefit. Paying you or me for our experience and professionalism vs paying the new guy half wages and saving the difference… when commi states figure that out, you’ll be gone.
Those Union Razor are a gamble as you well know… I’m dealing with one that’s fighting me tooth and nail during the bevel set. For a while, I kept thinking that it was something going on at the finishing stage, but after doing a few checks with the packing peanut, it’s clear as it can be that the bevel isn’t set very well back at the heal. Also, the side of the razor that touches the stone on the return stroke doesn’t seem to be making very good contact at the toe for some reason. It’s like one side of the razor seems to be touching the stone, but on the other side, only about half of the blade is really making good contact. It’s a puzzle.
@@UnknownStone-b7w I noticed about a year ago the Union Razors found at Loves tk stops across the country seemed to take a downward turn in quality… just looking at them in their packaging. My refresh job was on Union Razors I’ve had for years and already had excellent bevels and Arkansas edges. I was testing out these two stones. I’m getting to a point where I don’t want to try anything new. My general set up works great and introducing anything new (stones I’m talking) only fouls me up. I wouldn’t have tried these new stones except they were given to me. God forbid I should have actually paid for them.

@longhaultanker no disrespect, sir. I'm just curious, why you do so many passes on your face... I've seen people shave twice with the grain, twice against the grain when doing a shaving session... it's almost like you like shaving a lot, almost like a hobby or something, but again I'm not placing judgement on you, just wondering why so many passes...

For now, however, all buying is shut down for obvious necessary reasons.
Nice razor.
Hi. Sorry to hear you were not crazy about the gold dollars. Have a good week
Nice shave Leon, one of these days I need to get some Florida water. Slurrying stones from around the world 🤔…always making us guess.
@@billm.2677 Thanks for watching, Bill. We’ll talk soon. Waiting for this new job to kick off.
