In this aspect, I recommend you guys use Vesta or whatever simulating software to get your material structure, 'cause you nearly can't draw in MS Powerpoint for more complex structures, and beside, these softwares make your life become easier and happier :D
The thing is like this, my friend. A human being can do only as much as he can think 🤔. Because, he does not have the ability to think 🤔 that much which can think something beyond thinking 🤔. Therefore, we are human beings and we can think only as much as our thinking allows us to think. I hope, you are getting my point ☝🏻. So, don't think that we can't draw complex structures in MS. So, think without VESTA software how people are drawing off complex structures at that time (before 2006).
