“Hope changed the way we look at our experiences here on earth.” That is so true. I struggle with my mental health and some trauma, and I know I’m not alone in that either. This world can be a harsh place. But I know all will be made right one day, and my mind will be healed when I am resurrected.
Thanks so much for sharing! You have great courage to be able to have hope, despite the difficulties you go through. God bless you, and you are in my prayers.
@Benjamin Gilissen, thanks for your great question. We believe we are spirit children of Heavenly Father, who love us. My family no longer believes in the church. I have been praying for them. At first i felt very betrayed cus my mother raised me in it and now all the sudden shes different. I prayed alot but now i feel more at piece with what happened, this experience has strengthened my testimony and my faith.
@@robertray4191 I mentioned this in a comment above, but the Church of Jesus Christ does indeed study from the Bible. The truths mentioned in this video come from the Bible and additional revealed scripture. May I ask you something? How do you, personally, know that the Bible is the word of God? Why do you use it as your scriptural reference?
@@robertray4191 How do you know that the Bible is where truth comes from? Have you just accepted it as truth because you were told it was, or do you know it is divine by other means?
Thank you! Excellent video! This is the first time I clearly understand what happens to our bodies & spirits when we die. I learned more about the topic in this nearly 4 min than in the past 4 years since joining the LDS church. Keep up the great work!
I think that when I do “die”, I’ll see darkness for a couple seconds and wake up in a white room where Heavenly Father will Greet me and I’ll no longer be old young, or an adult. I will just be a perfect body. I will wake up and see my relatives crying tears of joy seeing me happy and show me what they have been doing. I know that although I have lots of learning to do, I know that Heavenly Father has a plan for me and for everyone.
I love this so much that I shared it with 4 of my non member friends. I also shared it with my soldier stationed in Afghanistan to give him a refresher course and to let him know Heavenly Father loves him and so do I.
@@robertray4191 In fact, many of the truths we know today were taught in previous times, though we don't have all of it in written history, and even what we do have is often misunderstood. Anyone can come to know of these truths through study and prayer to God. We'd be happy to help you learn more.
@@robertray4191 As I said, anyone can receive answers from God about these truths. I invite you to pray to Him about it. With time, you will see how teachings from the Bible, other ancient scripture, and modern prophets help us to understand truths such as what is depicted in this video. If you hope to argue with people who have received such answers, I'd suggest that you won't find it to be very productive.
We latter-day Saints are very blessed to have the true Gospel of Jesus Christ on earth. We hope to help as many people as possible, but it's up to them to seek the Lord and the truth sincerely.
The Plan of Salvation gives me a lot of comfort and peace, and love and appreciation for Jesus Christ, when I think of all the people, especially young people, who have died in horrible ways like violent crimes or terrible accidents. I know that those people will be restored to life and that all the horrible things that happened to them will be made right by Jesus Christ. I know that He is our Savior and our Redeemer.
I really like this series of videos. We teach our children Doctrines of the Gospel, at home every Sunday and these videos sum up what we present and read. Suggest should include at least one bible reference in every video for our inquisitive friends :D
@@robertray4191 You've provided some additional parts that weren't crucial for this video, but you also missed a few important points. Of course dead people aren't alive, but while their bodies sleep, their spirits are able to be taught. Christ Himself attended to this concern while His body slept in the tomb; see 1 Peter 3:18-20 and 1 Peter 4:6. I asked in another comment, but in case you don't see that I'll ask you something again. While we share a common belief in the Bible, my experience is that many people who read the Bible disagree about what it actually says. Between varying interpretations of scripture and the fact that references to some teachings are very sparse in the Bible, it can be hard to know whose interpretation to believe. Latter-day Saints have additional scripture and the words of living prophets that help us greatly to understand. How do you know personally that the Bible is true, and do you have anything else that helps you to understand the Bible?
@@robertray4191 I think that even a single verse of scripture is important, but we do indeed learn more by reviewing additional words of prophets about the same subjects. Before going any further to clarify this, I'd still like to hear from you about a question I've asked a few times. How do you know for yourself that the Bible contains God's true words? Think of it this way: I already believe in the Bible myself, but if someone had never known the Bible and didn't think it was true, what would you tell them? How do you know that it is?
Am no longer a member however I know I will be with my savior again someday because of what he did not what I do JESUS by his grace he saves us all will have resurrection and Jesus is our ultimate judge he loves us so much he decides.

The words "latter day saints" refers to the fact that as members of the restored church of Jesus Christ, we are modern day (or latter day) saints. But the most important part of the church's is name is that Church of Jesus Christ:)
Ali Azar, in the Bible the followers of Christ, or members of his church, were referred to as "saints". Basically, anyone who was a member of Christ's church was called a saint. The term fell out of use generally and over time came to be used to refer only to people who were believed to have achieved a special standing in Heaven. But when Christ restored his church to the earth in modern times, he specified that the church should be called by his name, The Church of Jesus Christ. In time, members of the church also began referring to themselves as the members did in Biblical times, as "saints". These modern days are also referred to as the "latter days" (as in former vs. latter), hence Christ's church today is called The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and members of the church are properly called Latter-day Saints. I hope my explanation makes sense!
A latter-day saint is an ordinary individual that "lives in the world, but not of the world." Meaning they try the best they can to live the gospel while living with everyone else. "Later" meaning they live in modern times. The full title of a latter-day saint is: a member of the church of Jesus Christ of latter-day saints.
The saints originally were the members of the church, the apostle Paul called them saints in the bible and the latter day saints are the members of the restored church of Jesus Crist.
The thing about this is that the concept of hell of LDS is similar to the Catholic concept of hell and unlike evangelicals who says that if one did not believe one goes to eternal hell. In this sense, hell is a separation from the glory of God, and is eternal. The LDS church says it is blasphemy against the Holy Spirit but they say its dying in mortal sin unrepented. Joseph Smith, the founder of the Latter Day Saint movement, said in the King Follett discourse: All sins shall be forgiven, except the sin against the Holy Ghost; for Jesus will save all except the sons of perdition. What must a man do to commit the unpardonable sin? He must receive the Holy Ghost, have the heavens opened unto him, and know God, and then sin against him. After a man has sinned against the Holy Ghost, there is no repentance for him. He has got to say that the sun does not shine while he sees it; he has got to deny Jesus Christ when the heavens have been opened unto him, and to deny the plan of salvation with his eyes open to the truth of it; and from that time he begins to be an enemy. St. Faustina, a Polish nun, from her Diary: 1698 l often attend upon the dying, and through entreaties obtain for them trust in God’s mercy, and I implore God for an abundance of divine grace, which is always victorious. God’s mercy sometimes touches the sinner at the last moment in a wondrous and mysterious way. Outwardly, it seems as if everything were lost, but it is not so. The soul, illumined by a ray of God’s powerful final grace, turns to God in the last moment with such a power of love that, in an instant, it receives from God forgiveness of sin and punishment, while outwardly it shows no sign either of repentance or of contrition, because souls at that stage no longer react to external things. Oh, how beyond comprehension is God’s mercy! But-horror!-there are also souls who voluntarily and consciously reject and scorn this grace! Although a person is at the point of death, the merciful God gives the soul that interior vivid moment, so that if the soul is willing, it has the possibility of returning to God. But sometimes, the obduracy in souls is so great that consciously they choose hell; they thus make useless all the prayers that other souls offer to God for them and even the efforts of God Himself…

Ali Azar, we believe that many truths have been restored that were lost after Jesus and His original apostles died. One of those truths is the need for living prophets and apostles to reveal God’s will to us in our day as taught in Amos 3:7, Ephesians 2, and Ephesians 4. Another is the proper mode of baptism, for example, how old do you have to be to be baptized (who needs to be baptized?), what happens to people who die before they are baptized, who has the proper authority to baptize you, what is the correct way to perform the actual baptism, etc. Another one is the practice of building and worshipping in temples. Another is ordination to the priesthood. Who can and should be ordained and how are they ordained and how do you know that they are actually authorized by God to use His authority and His power. These are just a few that come to mind right off the bat. As far as why people do not believe that members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints are Christians, I think it mostly comes down to misunderstandings and/or differences of opinion.

Ali Azar because many beliefs of Mormons are not Biblical. They have they’re own translation of the Bible and many of they’re beliefs come from they’re founder Joseph Smith, who believes that God wasn’t always God as the Bible clearly teaches, he became God. But the Bible(which is the word of God) says that he is from everlasting to everlasting the same yesterday today and forever. He was not created, if he were he would not be God he IS the creator of the universe. Our founder is Christ not a man. They also believe that Jesus and Satan are brothers, not biblical and not truth, far from it, it’s heresy. Jesus Christ was God in the flesh. They also believe they will become gods, little g, when they die. Also heresy and not biblical. Now that’s the truth. You can’t just make up you’re own truth because it’s fits you’re needs and comforts. You must die to self pick up you’re cross and follow HIM daily!!!My dear brothers and sisters, Turn to the truth of the one and only true and living God of the Bible Jesus Christ and you shall be saved 🙏❤️ his arms are open wide

I mentioned this in another comment thread, but right now it's clear that you have misunderstood the doctrines of the Church of Jesus Christ. I'd be more than happy to help you understand, but first I'd like to know where you're coming from. What is the foundation of your faith? I know why I study scripture like the Bible, but why do you believe that the Bible contains writings that are truly inspired by God?
@@romans116spiritualwarrior7 You're Wrong Again and in error in your own teachings about the latter-day saints. Many of the latter-day saint beliefs are based on bible teachings. The Intelligence of God is what's not created. That uncreated eternal intelligence can be organized into a spirit body and enlarged upon. Or added upon.... There is eternal progress from uncreated intelligence, to spirit and to human flesh and to immortal resurrected beings because Jesus went through it himself to become resurrected and receive an immortal body from the Father (Rev 3:21) and inheriting his Father's throne. Eternal progression to become like God is a Bible Doctrine. Becoming like God does not mean replacing God. The Saints who won their crowns of eternal life and sit with God up on their thrones as Lords and Kings unto God that John The Revelator saw in vision did not replace God. Instead those lords and kings all fell down and worshipped God and the Lamb...... Eternal Families that extend beyond the grave, that teaching its found in Ephesians Chapter 3 verse 15. Bending the knees and Praying to God the Father in the name of Jesus is also found in Verse 14. Paul had practiced these teachings himself.. Pre-earth life of Spirits coming to earth from God to get bodies, again the Bible has the doctrine written in Ecclestiastes 12:7 and other various places. Obtaining crowns and inheriting thrones to become joint heirs with Christ and with God as Revelations Chapter 5 clearly shows. Paul said he would strive to win the crown himself and encouraged the other saints to do the same. LDS beliefs are found in the Bible. Jesus and Lucifer being brothers is true. One supports the Father the other rebels. Jesus was a morning star, so also was Lucifer before his fall, they both come from the same source of the Father of all lights (James).
There are exceptions to many rules, but the exceptions to death are uncommon enough that the simplified statement given in the video is broadly very useful.
When John and The Three Nephits wanted to stay and spread the Saviors loving word. Three Nephite Disciples See also Disciple; Nephites; Translated Beings
Three of Christ’s chosen Nephite disciples referred to in the Book of Mormon. The Lord granted to these disciples the same blessing granted to John the Beloved-that they might stay on the earth to bring souls to Christ until the Lord comes again. They were translated so that they would feel no pain and would not die (3 Ne. 28).
Christ granted the three disciples’ desire to tarry until his coming, 3 Ne. 28:1-9.
They will never suffer the pains of death or sorrow, 3 Ne. 28:7-9.
They shall have fulness of joy, 3 Ne. 28:10.
They were temporarily caught up into heaven, 3 Ne. 28:13-17.
They ministered unto the people and endured persecution, 3 Ne. 28:18-23.
They ministered unto Mormon, 3 Ne. 28:24-26 (Morm. 8:10-11).
They will minister to the Gentiles, Jews, scattered tribes, and all nations, 3 Ne. 28:27-29.
What about Enoch ,Moses, John the revelator, and many others, none of those men died they all were translated by the power an laws of God and enjoy the blessings of immortality, We don’t talk about that enough in the church. It’s a shame!
So everybody's soul will be living together (good and bad), in a spirit world, while awaiting the resurrection? Or they enter 2 different spirit worlds? One for the good and one for the bad
The Spirit World consists of both Paradise and Prison. I don't think we know exactly how people in each interact, though we do know that people in Paradise have been called to teach people in Prison.
We commit sins every day, and we can die anytime before we can repent. I hope the righteous and the wicked live together in the spirit world so the righteous can comfort the wicked when they suffer from their sins.
There's 3 kingdoms, celestial where we are with God Terrestrial and tellestrial, the latter being where spirits haven't repented and will be given gospel, I've just started learning but believe you come from spirt you go back to spirit and you can be sealed with your spouse and family , I'm receiving lessons from elders who are serving in dif countries for 2 years x
I believe that we have lived before as another being either male or female and our soul moves on to other bodies, thats why we sometimes hear stories about past lives but you remember them better at birth or as a kid cause the previous death must've happened recent, i think thats more likely in my opinion
I was an exchange student from 2018 - 2019 and i lived in a mormon family and first it was ok but it was the worst thing ever , i thought about changing my host family because they treated me like s*it because i don't believe in the same thing ... so that really made me give up about church it's stupid! I'm sorry to hear it, J.M. Latter-day saints strive to love others as Jesus does, but sometimes we fail. I hope you have better experiences with members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the future.
Hi J.M., we're sad to hear about your experience. One of our most basic beliefs and teachings is that every single individual on earth is a beloved son or daughter of God, worthy of love and respect. We strive to follow Jesus Christ's instruction to love one another as He loves us. We also strongly believe that freedom of religion is a fundamental human right, and our eleventh article of faith states that just as we hope to worship freely, we also "allow all men...(to) worship how, where, or what they may." I've always wondered, what if I don't want to resurrect? What if I don't want to exist any longer?. Maybe I'm reasoning this way because of my depression, will it ever change? Have any of you thought about this before?
Hi Javiera, thanks for your question and for sharing your feelings. While we don't know everything about life after death, we do know that because of the infinite love and sacrifice of Jesus Christ, we all receive the gift of resurrection. Our spirits will be reunited with our bodies and will be perfect-- free from pain, sickness, and imperfections. A prophet in the Book of Mormon taught, "The soul shall be restored to the body...; yea, and every limb and joint shall be restored to its body; yea, even a hair of the head shall not be lost; but all things shall be restored to their proper and perfect frame." (Alma 40:23) We hope this helps ease some of your concerns and fears. Thank you for your sincere questions, Javiera! Depression can be extremely difficult. You are not alone in your struggles; some of us have experienced depression as well. As the Church official response mentioned, when we are resurrected, we will have perfect bodies, and we will no longer be subject to things like depression. You have wonderful things to look forward to! But please also remember that God can only give us some blessings either during out mortal lives or afterward if we prepare for them. Do your best to follow His will and serve others so that you can receive more in this life and beyond.
I understand your question because I have at times of depression wanted to just go to sleep and never wake up. I have prayed for more happiness and the lord answered me by letting me know that my happiness is in my hands and it is up to me. If I want to be more happy then draw closer to God by living a more Christ like life. That knowledge came to me about three months ago and I must say that I am happier than I have been in a long time by repenting and trying to get closer to the spirit. Of course I still have bad days but I am now more exited about being resurrected and living in perfect health. This is not new doctrine, it just came to me with more power and meaning when the lord reminded me personally. Praying for you Javiera. Joy will come.
We can always ask. Sometimes it's not what God has in mind for us. In Doctrine and Covenants 42:8. we read, "And again, it shall come to pass that he that hath faith in me to be healed, and is not appointed unto death, shall be healed." It's important to submit our will to God's as we ask for things, and humble ourselves to accept what comes to us in life and death.
This is not what the one true Bible teaches. The only way to have eternal life is to accept Christ. There are no levels in Heaven and you can't get there by works or being good.
I think you've misunderstood both this video and scripture. In the Church of Jesus Christ, we absolutely rely on Him and we know that eternal life only comes through Him. There are indeed different degrees of glory, and what we receive does depend on our choices, just as Jesus taught.
Thanks for your questions, @J.J. McCarthy Studios. This is an introductory video about Immortality and Resurrection; you can learn more about life after death and judgment at the link below: www.comeuntochrist.org/beliefs/purpose-of-life/there-is-life-after-death Only God and Jesus know our hearts and our life circumstances perfectly, so only they can judge us perfectly. This judgment will be one of mercy, healing, and love (see Revelation 21:4).
That is so limiting. People really do think that the God of the whole earth would restrain His redeemed sons and daughters to such bound condition after the trial of mortality? Eternal life is a fulness of joy, with our families, friends, and God.
To say that "the dead are dead" is redundant. Physical death means that our spirits are separated from our bodies. Our bodies sleep, but our spirits continue. That's why, between Jesus' physical death and resurrection, He was able to ensure that the gospel was preached to the spirits of the dead as we read in 1 Peter.
Where does the spirit goes..does spirit really exist..did anyone have seen it .? 🤔 .. I used to love my father who recently died and I want to see or feel his spirit atleast for once.. but how..
I have heard from some people who have claimed to have seen a spirit of the deceased and whom I believed. I think it is a rare experience, though. Members of the Church of Jesus Christ hope to be reunited with family members after death through God's power and covenants.
Where do we go from here, when the immorality is finally come? Is there heaven, or hell? What is the faith of the those who didn't do the will of God while alive?

Part of the spirit world is referred to as "prison". That is one thing that "hell" can refer to. As mentioned by Sean Reay above, we all wait for a time in the spirit world before being judged.
Zebo’s tv Hefsiba Aaron , one place is in the Old Testament, Jeremiah 1:4-5 4 Then the word of the Lord came unto me, saying, 5 Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations. Jeremiah 1:5 says: “Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations” (King James Version). The Bible also frequently refers to God as the Father of our spirits, suggesting that we existed as spirits before coming to earth and receiving a body (Numbers 16:22, Ecclesiastes 12:7). As members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, we also believe in other sacred texts revealed by God to guide those who seek to follow Jesus Christ, including the Book of Mormon, the Doctrine & Covenants, and the Pearl of Great Price. In the book of Moses (part of the Pearl of Great Price), God reveals to Moses that He “made the world, and men [and women] before they were in the flesh” (Moses 6:51). God bless! I hope you find what you’re seeking
Beyond Jeremiah 1:5 there are a few other references in the Bible, but we also have passages in other books of scripture and the words of living prophets that give us more knowledge about it. Do you study the Bible? Do you know of the other scripture we have available?
I wanna know if it’s a sign if it rains after someone’s death because I recently lost my friend and we went to where it happened and it started to rain when it was meant to be a good day
Hollyweird often holds fictional funerals in the rain. There's no sign about it. I wrote a short story called "The Peach," where a grandfather and his young grandson share a "magic" peach and move together in their bond. The next year, the grandfather dies, and his funeral is held in the man's massive back yard around trees and flowers. It was a sunny day, and birds sang all the way throughout, providing sacred background music for the funeral.
Sure, but it's always a matter of faith, meaning that people always have a choice about what to believe. It happens frequently that two people look at the exact same evidence and arrive at different conclusions. As members of the restored Church of Jesus Christ, we rely on much more than just bare fact, though; we seek knowledge directly from God, through study and prayer, and we rely on personal revelation from Him.
No. We know that some people have already progressed to their final judgment and beyond; I don't remember the scriptural references, but as I recall, Abraham is among those who have already gone to Heaven. I think that most have some waiting to do, though, for one reason or another.
@Mayor Stacks When we are born, we don't remember what happened before. It makes sense; as babies, our brains are physically under-developed. However, our spirits remember, and as you try to listen to what God tells you, truth will tend to have a familiar feel to it.

jdk, Thankfully we don't have to live a perfect life right now. We are becoming perfected in Jesus Christ, if we repent daily, ask for his help, and try our best to follow him. Through Christ's enabling grace, we can become completed (perfected) eventually. Faithful followers of Christ, are each like holy temples, that are being renovated by Christ, who can be completed one day, as long as we choose to let him build us up, through our faithfulness in making and keeping his covenants, and commandments. We can never enter into eternal life with God, on our own, but with Jesus Christ, we certainly can! God bless you, and I know as difficult as life can get, we can do it!
Thanks for your comment, @dru sauza. The spirit world is not the end of our post-mortal life and comes prior to the resurrection. This is an introductory video to our beliefs about life after death, but more information is available here if you'd like to learn or share more: www.churchofjesuschrist.org/study/manual/gospel-topics/postmortality?lang=eng
Our experience in mortal life is crucial for our growth and eternal happiness. Here's another video from the same series that briefly talks about the purpose of our mortal life: th-cam.com/video/t9iYqKk00Bc/w-d-xo.html.
Members of the restored Church of Jesus Christ believe in this very firmly. We study about it in scripture, we listen to the words of modern prophets, and we seek to know about the truth from God directly through prayer and personal revelation. For us, it lends much more perspective to our mortal lives when we consider where we came from before coming to this Earth (and also where we are going afterward).
Hi Ricky, thanks for your comment. The following link shares multiple references from both the Old and New Testaments about our premortal life, as well as from the Book of Mormon and other scripture: www.churchofjesuschrist.org/study/scriptures/gs/premortal-life?lang=eng
@@gloriafernandes8164 There are more references in other scripture, but there are a few in the Bible. For example, God told the prophet Jeremiah of his spirit's existence before his birth into a physical body. Jeremiah 1:5 reads, "Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations." In Job 38, the Lord talks to Job and tells him about the creation of the Earth and how "all the sons of God shouted for joy" at that time. Those are the two that come to mind, offhand. Other scripture tells us a bit more.
Why You Believes As The Hinduism Believes that our soul or Spirit is Immortal, No According to Bible Our Soul is mortal !! And We Will Have Evarlasting Life If We Believe Lord Jesus Christ !!
Everyone is free to make such choices. Either we enjoy God's peace and happiness in life and beyond, or we don't. However, our eternal judgment does not occur after just one choice from us, or even from only a few; we have many opportunities to turn to Him. Even those who never heard the gospel preached to them while alive will hear it after their mortal deaths, and will have the opportunity to accept the gospel of Christ.
The passage from the Bible that comes to mind for me quickly is 1 Corinthians 15:20-22. It reads, "But now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the firstfruits of them that slept. For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead. For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive."
So in the end you don't actually have a choice, we were already immortal yet we're put here then given a chance to decide whether we want to go back to a good life or evil??? We have no choice... there's no options... in the end, we don't even get a choice to decide. So we're forced to exist and then forced to suffer and then either decide to live "good" eternal lives or go to eternal suffering? Forced here, blind, with only the belief that this is the truth and that's the end of that? .... This makes me ache in conflicted, trapped and confused anger that will grow stronger the longer i must live here on this earth and then if it's all real then for eternity?
We have every choice, every day. We were limited before, we're more now, and we have yet to become even more. God has great happiness in store for His children, but the greatest happiness will come to those who trust Him enough to follow His counsel.
Where? If there are homeless and hungry people there, I'm sure the church spend money to present food, clothing, medicine, encouragement. They also do their best to get homeless people into homes. The church spends MILLIONS per year to alleviate suffering anywhere in the world where it's needed.
“Hope changed the way we look at our experiences here on earth.” That is so true. I struggle with my mental health and some trauma, and I know I’m not alone in that either. This world can be a harsh place. But I know all will be made right one day, and my mind will be healed when I am resurrected.

It is amazing that you still believe i have faith in you and heavenly father is looking out for you and your family.
Thank you! Excellent video! This is the first time I clearly understand what happens to our bodies & spirits when we die. I learned more about the topic in this nearly 4 min than in the past 4 years since joining the LDS church.
Keep up the great work!
We're glad you appreciated the video! Thanks for your comment.
That is why I do temple work. I want to be the girl that gets flocked with hugs from family members that i did work for.
Our true age will be 30 years old and will never grow older 💯 😀
I love this so much that I shared it with 4 of my non member friends. I also shared it with my soldier stationed in Afghanistan to give him a refresher course and to let him know Heavenly Father loves him and so do I.
This is so beautiful. It's wonderful to look at the basic beliefs and truths of the restored gospel.💛

Thanks for your comment and suggestion, D.S.!

Who were the later day saint?
What is the exect meaning of
later day saints?
Ali Azar dear brother whoever directs their heart and soul into creator path by letting leaded by God's only begotten son is a later day saint.
A plan of love for all God's children and his creations. ♥️
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is true. Death isnt the end. Gender is still essential in the after life.

There’s only one God. Jesus and his father are one. Jesus is God.
Indeed, God the Father, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Ghost are all members of the Godhead. They have great unity and desire for us to have the same.
Don't forget to like the video, it helps it rise in the youtube algorithms.
Joseph Smith, the founder of the Latter Day Saint movement, said in the King Follett discourse:
All sins shall be forgiven, except the sin against the Holy Ghost; for Jesus will save all except the sons of perdition.
Wonderful

I need to know what have been restored in church
And why some christions do not recnise MORMANS as chrition?
Hi Ali, thanks for your questions. You can learn more on this topic here: www.comeuntochrist.org/beliefs/jesus-christ-church If you're interested, you're also welcome to chat with representatives from the Church or request to meet with missionaries here: www.comeuntochrist.org/contact-us
Ali Azar because many beliefs of Mormons are not Biblical.

Satan has no power over them, 3 Ne. 28:39.
They will eventually die, even for a twinkling of the eye. They must receive a resurrected body.

@@javieram.quiroga5017 Your resurrected body would not experience pain, sorrow, or death. Which is why I'm excited for the Resurrection

I love the church!
To be absent from the body is to be with Jesus
I've got another question
When a person is sick this is a hypothetical
Can they ask to be healed.
Can I ask a question can a good and honorable person go to paradise like the rightious saints?
Thanks for your questions, @J.J. McCarthy Studios. This is an introductory video about Immortality and Resurrection; you can learn more about life after death and judgment at the link below: www.comeuntochrist.org/beliefs/purpose-of-life/there-is-life-after-death Only God and Jesus know our hearts and our life circumstances perfectly, so only they can judge us perfectly. This judgment will be one of mercy, healing, and love (see Revelation 21:4).
This makes me want to die and go to heaven. In my opinion we are all living in hell now.
From whence did this theory of resurrection originate?
The only thing that is scary about death is you can't breath right and heart stops
When we die we go to heaven and we are given our own personal cloud and a harp and we sit on the cloud and play harp mewzik for eternity.
It depends to who you worship.. about that u must know WHO IS THE REAL GOD..
That is so limiting. People really do think that the God of the whole earth would restrain His redeemed sons and daughters to such bound condition after the trial of mortality?
Eternal life is a fulness of joy, with our families, friends, and God.
The Bible teaches that the dead are dead. Not alive in another conditions. The dead are unconscious.
Millam Ezekiel there is a heaven and earth. She didn’t mention the adam and eve story. So that’s why it’s confusing.

When we die do we actually go to straight to the pre--world or is there some where else we would go ?
So confused 🤔
Good question, Sharon. When we die, our spirits go to the spirit world, which is made up of "paradise" and "prison" where our spirits wait for the resurrection. There are many things we don’t know about the Spirit World, but the scriptures and latter-day prophets have given us some information. I have fought with thought s my whole life about death ever since I was little I believe in god and tell my self all the time this can't be all that there is life here on earth if so what's the point there has to be something after this what really scares me is am I gonna be able to be with my kids and my wife will I be able to hold them and feel them the way I can now I wish I could find some sort peace with this
What about the ppl going to hell? Do they go there automatically or they get to wait in the spirit world too?
Desarai we all go to the spirit world and await the judgement day to be assigned our rightful place.
Part of the spirit world is referred to as "prison". That is one thing that "hell" can refer to. As mentioned by Sean Reay above, we all wait for a time in the spirit world before being judged.
Wait what we lived as spirits with our parents before the earth was created? Where in the Bible does it say that
Zebo’s tv Hefsiba Aaron , one place is in the Old Testament, Jeremiah 1:4-5
4 Then the word of the Lord came unto me, saying,
5 Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.
Another reference to our existence before this earth was formed is in Ephesians 1:4
4 According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:

Do you know of the other scripture we have available?
where does it state that we go to the spirit world?
I wanna know if it’s a sign if it rains after someone’s death because I recently lost my friend and we went to where it happened and it started to rain when it was meant to be a good day
Hollyweird often holds fictional funerals in the rain. There's no sign about it.
I wrote a short story called "The Peach," where a grandfather and his young grandson share a "magic" peach and move together in their bond.
The next year, the grandfather dies, and his funeral is held in the man's massive back yard around trees and flowers. It was a sunny day, and birds sang all the way throughout, providing sacred background music for the funeral.
I am not an atheist, but is there any scientific-historical fact about any prophet and their well-known mysteries?
Sure, but it's always a matter of faith, meaning that people always have a choice about what to believe. It happens frequently that two people look at the exact same evidence and arrive at different conclusions. As members of the restored Church of Jesus Christ, we rely on much more than just bare fact, though; we seek knowledge directly from God, through study and prayer, and we rely on personal revelation from Him.
😇🙏
So does this mean everyone who has ever died is currently in the spirit world so there is no one currently in heaven?
No. We know that some people have already progressed to their final judgment and beyond; I don't remember the scriptural references, but as I recall, Abraham is among those who have already gone to Heaven. I think that most have some waiting to do, though, for one reason or another.
Also, there are still many of God's children in Heaven waiting to be born.
When our mortal body dies does our spirit stay in our bodies.
Until our bodies are buried,
Latter day saints seem to believe whatever they are told.
We do when it's God that does the telling. He can be trusted.
The pre earth thing has soo many implications involved.
I'm curious about what you have in mind. What implications are you thinking of?
@Mayor Stacks When we are born, we don't remember what happened before. It makes sense; as babies, our brains are physically under-developed. However, our spirits remember, and as you try to listen to what God tells you, truth will tend to have a familiar feel to it.
Living eternally would be horrible.
That will depend, which is why it's important for us to follow God's counsel. He knows what will work out well for us and what won't.
It depends on how you feel. We have a choice whether to follow Christs teachings or not. Christ will lead us to perfect joy.
I am happy to hear this. This is the closest informations to the truth that you shown me. We are an eternal being lock into this 3rd dimension because of our pass sins. Jesus Christ broken the lock for us We have to be Christ conscious and follow his path to go back

Why do we all have to live such a perfect life to get into heaven its much harder than what people think
It does take effort to do God's will, but it is rewarding--not just after this life, but now, also. Don't be too hard on yourself. Remember that we all fall short--all of us--and we all will need to rely on the grace of Jesus Christ to be worthy of God's kingdom. But we can also all be blessed by learning to follow Christ. Take courage.
jdk,
Thankfully we don't have to live a perfect life right now.
If we all return to a spirit world then why did God create humans?

Thanks for your comment, @dru sauza. The spirit world is not the end of our post-mortal life and comes prior to the resurrection. Our experience in mortal life is crucial for our growth and eternal happiness. Here's another video from the same series that briefly talks about the purpose of our mortal life: th-cam.com/video/t9iYqKk00Bc/w-d-xo.html.
Jesus Christ said Abraham, Jacob etc , are alive. I absolutely find no verse that talks about reincarnation or just vanishing
When in celestial kingdom
is this just a belief? or do mormons think this premortal life actually happened.
@@00Fisher00 where in the Bible can I read about premortal existence.
And what if you choose not to believe ! And and live a evil Wicked devious conniving life
Everyone is free to make such choices.
The bible doesnt say everyone will die
@J. Benjamin, thanks for your comment. To learn more of our beliefs about agency, see the video linked here: th-cam.com/video/GtKUAI2Ss8I/w-d-xo.html
We have every choice, every day. We were limited before, we're more now, and we have yet to become even more. God has great happiness in store for His children, but the greatest happiness will come to those who trust Him enough to follow His counsel.
We are tired of telling you the same thing over and over . Stop waisting money on here , there are homeless and hungry there.
Where? If there are homeless and hungry people there, I'm sure the church spend money to present food, clothing, medicine, encouragement. They also do their best to get homeless people into homes. The church spends MILLIONS per year to alleviate suffering anywhere in the world where it's needed.
sadly theres only one way to find out
There's only one way to know by personal experience, but we can also receive revelation from God about it.
I know a way to become Holy Saints! Easily.
