Sir, my kid is studying in inter second year. I am a central government Group 1 officer, we belong to BC-B , Sl-11 , Kuruma community as per Telangana state. In which category , my kid has to fill JEE application. OBC NCL or OBC creamy layer or General. Please reply sir

To be eligible for an OBC Non-Creamy Layer (NCL) certificate, you must meet the following requirements:
Citizenship: You must be an Indian citizen
Income: Your parents' annual income must be below Rs 8 lakhs. This includes any other sources of income, but not income from farming or agriculture.
Employment: One of your parents must be a Group C or Group D Central government employee. If your husband is a Central government employee and your parents don't have a stable income, you may also be eligible.
Validity: The certificate is valid for one year from the date of issue.
So as of my knowledge you are treated as General in central format.
