Agriculture land as become a business.
For example if I buy this land for 75L Per acres. Then the total cost will be 75x3 = 2.25Cr plus registration fees 11%. around 2.50Cr I will spend.
Now what is the return for me. Let assume 5% per annum. That is 12.5L per annum.
So I have to get around 1L pet month. Definitely I won't get this return.
So what is the point of investing 2.5Cr?
