I generally hate guys like Sikander, who loudly scream insults and fake laugh at every tiny mistake the opponent makes. It's irritting, not just as an opponent, but as a spectator.
That said, I want the Sikander v 6Arakin fight SO BAD, because you know, you KNOW, it will absolutely destroy 6 inside while Sik destroys him outside. Bring it the FUCK on!
Personally, I think sikander is far superior to him skill wise

I actually didn't know you could use Scorpion kameo to interrupt Rain's back throw...but it seems useless since you force yourself into a knockdown state if you interrupt the throw animation with a kameo.
I think you can use scorpion to combo off the end of rains throw but the timing is super tight and inconsistent
