Please find another believer you can trust to confess to (pastor or elder for example) and have him pray for you to be forgiven and relieved of these condemning thoughts. Look at James 5:16 "Therefore, confess your sins to one another, and pray for one another so that you may be healed. The effective prayer of a righteous man can accomplish much."
