Both i'm very burnt out on! But i'll go with Megadeth, cause Countdown to Extinction has WAY better tracks then the Black album, IMO

I'm not the biggest fan of either band but I like Megadeth more mostly because of the vocals, Dave Mustaine reminds me of Alice Cooper which I like
I was 12 & 13 when these albums dropped and to me they blended in well with the grunge bands so i was all about them. Both are great!

Both albums are classics. They're absolutely perfect! The Black Album is the reason for my love for metal and Countdown To Extinction is just a masterpiece

I like Metallica I little more then megadeth because I bought the black album gor my 16th birthday. But I like both bands.
Countdown to extinction was more exciting for me. The recording sounded great. Both good albums PEACE!!! The denist office LOLOLO!!
Love the production on Black album but the songs on Countdown are better. People reading this don’t take this the wrong way, Black album paved the way for shit like Nickelback, Countdown led to cool shit like Arsis’s Starve For the Devil but I do like both albums believe it or not
If it’s not Go To Hel for the extra track l the thing is rigged I tell ya ! I love the album version of Architecture of Aggression but the demo slaps harder . I love the push and pull grind of Architecture of Aggression it’s just got a groove to it. Megadeth was grooving before groove metal was cool. Also like the lyrics to architecture. Captive Honor is good ooh and Ashes in Your Mouth how can you not like it, ok good point the where do we go from here part . I honestly don’t know if breaking point would’ve beaten anything but Struggle for me.
I love both of these albums. Not my favorite by far from either band but I have listened to both of them a lot. The reason And Justice For All and albums coming after are different is Cliff, the musical theory guy in the band and creative force was no longer with them. I believe I read a few of the songs on Justice were written or at least started while Cliff was alive but he was a huge part of their sound and composition. Nothing against Jason, I am sure his bass parts would have been amazing had they been mixed in. :/
Black album is superior by 8 songs. Dave Mustaines voice is as soothing as passing a razoblade thru my member

Wasn't that the Megadeth album where the producer wanted all songs at 120 bpm because that was the bpm for hit songs?
I thought it was Youthanasia but maybe it was Countdown because Youthanasia was recorded live band in the same ish room .

The black album wins but a long way. But that’s because i think the riffs are better and I prefer Hetfields voice. It’s Just down to opinion.
