As an airline pilot, I see these lights in the sky she mentions, every other night flight. Min 57:40 The lights are very consistent with the places they tend to be. And are increasing in number, spectacular show up there!

I needed to hear this right here right now. My anxiety has been through the roof since waking up to the election results. My normal coping mechanisms of meditating and exercising didn’t help so I thought why not try watching something on Alex’s channel. I feel so much better about life now. ☺️
