If I don't already own the stainless steel version, I would reach for the bronze green now. Can't wait to see what Baltic comes up with for their 10th anniversary.
I actually prefer my steel version. I'm not super keen on the yellow-y bronze alloy Baltic uses, I prefer the warmer (redder) one Christopher Ward uses. They're cracking little watches, don't you think? 👍
Oleg, in relation to the ageing & or patina. Due to the bronze being mixed with aluminium, the so called ageing is a lot slower than the standard bronze used in other watches.
Outta curiosity Is there any way to make the ageing / patina process quicker without damaging the watch ? I'm not sure how I feel about patina..have seen some that looks nice and some that look awful.
Yes. You put the watch in a container with a tiny bit of apple cider vinegar. Make sure the watch is not touching the vinegar, it needs to be supported. You want the fumes to patina it. Make sure the container is sealed and leave it for a few hours until patina’d how you like it.
Is it just me with my earphones, or can you hear your dog snoring in the background sometimes?💤 Doesn't bother me, just an observation. A great watch btw, the steel with the blue dial is in my crosshairs for some time now.
As for me, it looks very contrasting now, but when the bronze oxidizes and gives it an antique look, it will be just what we need.
It's beautiful 💯👍

@fokkerfilms560 most certainly. I love mine to bits as it's my first mechanical watch. Nothing can replace it. Also one of the first 200 too.
Thank you for this video
A very pretty watch.
Looks very nice and vintage 1930/40s. Glad it does not have a date window
Handsome watch at a good price!

I hesitate between a hamilton khaki auto silver 37mm or this baltic field. I really like the smooth 28800vph the myota give
As a satisfied hermetique owner, I think it boils down to how much you enjoy winding your watch.
They do great dial designs and this watch offers a lot of value but I would still go steel

Same! Had to pause a couple of times to check if it was something on my end
It’s gorgeous but needs a date window at 6. And the green dial version looks a little better, IMO.
There’s a ton of watches with date window. Let’s us enjoy symmetry for a once.
Why is this company French 😩
