Ike really sounds different when he speaks in Swedish. His voice is more deep naturally and whole. I dont know how to explain it. He sounds so cool hhahahahaa. In English he sounds so sweet, in Japanese he sounds soo cute.
He really does swear so much more when speaking in Swedish lol. I wonder if he falls into the first language habit of using swears as filler words or if he just goes out of his way to not swear in English or Japanese.
its funny because i swear wayy more on english- on my first language i guess i could say the insults are very creative while the swear words sound too violent to use on a casual sentence
as a native Swedish speaker i must say this is a very good translation, it's not a word for word translation, you get meaning behind the whose sentence. Bra jobbat!
Why does everyone sound the same when they're swearing in Swedish. So cutee 😆 0:40 Luca being a golden retriever as always. Lol Luca just dipped into magma??
@Luna_NightingaLe No, I'm from Stockholm, and he sounds like he's from farther north. Maybe he grew up in Stockholm and moved away, but he doesn't really have a typical Stockholm accent
I realized 1/4 into watching this just how similar in structure Swedish is to English. Like if you said the subtitles aloud in English, the rhythm would sound almost spot on in some parts. I mean, they ARE part of the same language family tho so I feel like I’m just speaking the obvious,😅 but since I do want to learn both German and Swedish at some point, I do feel a little more confident.
Linguistically, as well as being a Germanic language, Old English took a LOT of influence from Old Norse around the 700s (e.g. pronouns, grammar, vocabulary), so much in fact that they were pretty much mutually understandable, so it does make sense that Swedish would be structurally similar to English. I'm doing a class on the history of English and it's so interesting to see the relationships between even modern-day languages, but especially between older languages
6:17! OHHHHHHHHHH! I WOULD ASK DIS CREEPER IF HE WOULD UNDERSTAND MY LAUNGENGE LOL! "MA YESH LEHHA ITO?" LOL! IF YOU AND I WOULD SEE HIM AGAIN OR AS HE COMES!

Swearing in Swedish is a lil different
Most Swedes are allowed to swear as children
I do the same thing in Spanish so maybe yeah
I think he filters himself more in English tho now days Ike censors himself less in general for different things

I'm so envy of Swedish people who cnan
completely understand his words and can laugh&relate to mother tongue...
That was nice, he sounds much more cool in Swedish !
As a swede myself, I really like his accent. It sounds like he's from the northern part of our country
probably mid-north as he clearly doesn't seem to have some parts of their accent. At least he isn't from Scania :P
@@SayaViking Yeah, it's not super strong, I didn't even notice it at first until he started swearing 😂
I think he has a very clear Gotland accent?
Stockholm maybe?
