I started maining wiz this season actually, but i don't think my build would be any wiable, as i focus more on copying my actual ttrpg characters into the game rather then making ultra-efective builds That being said, here it is: Perks: Spell Overload Staff mastery Reactive shield Ice shield Skills: Arcane shield Spell memory Spells: Ignite Magic missile Haste Invisibility Magic lock Eguipment: Lizard race skin (the tabletop character is a kobold, if you want to play an elf or human or stuff, go leather cap) Light aketon Leather gloves Cloth pants Adventurer boots Magic Staff Crossbow If going geared, get your physical power bonus to 15 and focus on true magical damage and action speed
I would play wizard with the next things Perks: Arcane Mastery Ice shield Sage Quick Chant for duos For trios Replace ice shield with fire mastery. Most optimal is to replace sage with melt too, but that has way too high gear requirement Skills: Both spell wheeles Spells: Everything except magic lock and slow if i remember correctly Gear: For no gear lobbies going for as much cast speed as you can is the best. But if your going for gear: Try to get all the true magic you can get, around 35+ MPB around 140 hp and 80% casting speed
what made you wanna start learning wizard ? they are my favorite class but i havn't been seeing many people playing it since the sorc came out love your videos
Thank you for your comment! Its a fun class but its very gear dependent from what I heard. I like playing magic classes in other games but I started as fighter because it was the easiest to learn.
@ElfMommyYT yeah I done the same when I started, fighter seemed the most noob friendly for while trying to learn the rest of the game lol 😂 Wizard is definitely gear dependent, but it is really fun when you get used to the class
I was wizard but I ended up going over to sorcerer class cuz im able to defend myself better when they run up on me in close combat and I still have spells I can mess around with
i play alot of wiz, not playing much dnd this wipe tbf but take 5 spell medidtate, fireball icebolt explo invis mm , fire mastery for anti heal , ice mastery for close range kiting . concentrate on spell casting speed, ofcourse with ms and your good to go .
Anyone play wizard and have any Build suggestions? I'm learning to play this class still
