Total waste of 475 cr... It will just shorten the distance by less than 7 km... ie, It will save 10 minutes by spending 475 cr

1-1 min boht keemti hota hai janab uss bande ke liye jo zindagi maut ke beech lad ra ho,iss se toh 10-15 minutes ka farak padega,thoda to dimaag laga mere bhai

Yes because this distance of 9 km takes almost 30 to 40 minutes which would be cut short to almost 4-6 minutes !
Moreover strategically this is the only highway connecting Jammu to rajouri poonch which makes it more important!
