Lothlorien Elves have got to be the hardest counter to this LL so it was a tough matchup. Nick's amazing shroud of shadows play was *chefs kiss* and it's just a shame it didn't pay off. Great batrep, you are all great!

Hi Great rep. Hate the Fangorn dice. Though Galadriel was unable to win that fight, as she is unarmed and even with the reroll rolling a 6 its still a 5 ( unarmed -1) so Necro wins with aa higher FV. Another thing the Necromancer LL makes everything resistant to magic - did not see any resist rolls when Necromancer got tranfixed. But great attitude and fun thing to watch. Thank You.

With two ballista there's not a whole lot that can go wrong mate, I hope you bought a bomb team as well! They're a lot of fun! But yeah use the ballista to target big heroes and let your troops and captains munch up their troops and you'll be golden
@@NoobsandMen I nearly went undefeated, just had a narrow loss in the final round against the Goblin King. Highlight was killing a Balrog in just turn 2 😳 It was a team event in WA (Teams are back on the menu) and we ended up winning the event 😁

@@NoobsandMen Because Im a complete pie. FOMOd the made to order in the summer then 2 days later found my Lothlorien army from 15yrs ago. Tourney wouldn't go past 1000 here too but we do friendly mega games now and again. The army is on my utube channel#shamless plug :P

If your not facing elven made weapons it can be a real pub stomp against people who don't have experience facing it, unholy resurrection is one of the most broken unfair abilities in the game, seen games where the necromancer player didn't lose a single model all game, it really turns the game into if your opponent can kill it in time before the nazguls grind them out.
Even worse in AUD mate, they make us pay so much more than you guys. They're about 27 aud each which is roughly 14 pounds. they're quite good looking models but it's a still ridiculous -Liam
Well this was almost unbearable of a game. Mix in an extremely one sided advantage (elves especially this is nearly the hardest counter to necromancer) and then add in what amounts to the dice being one sided and it’s basically a dull slaughter.
i do agree with you from a match up point of view, while themey, it's terrible haha. the game overall went alright, and is a good showcase of what the necromancer can do, even if it doesn't really come off too often. that play to get to Galadriel was quite clever. apparently this guy has podiumed a few times at tournaments with this list, but i've never seen results confirming that, and honestly don't see how it's possible.

Curse was a spell added to the necromancer via an FAQ so isn't listed on his profile in the hobbit army book
