Better the option of macros and you can control things on your pace in Excel speak cells.

In excel 2020, there is just one option as speak cell. you can read a column by selecting that but you can't select a whole data and command it to read vertically one by one column. if there is any other option to do that please let me know, Thank you.

You can remove this option from the Quick access toolbar. The way you added, there only you have an option to "Remove" from quick access toolbar.
