if you take the big primary off first you don't need a puller to take off the main one....The secondary primary is keeping pressure on the main one which makes it hard to come off... Thanks for the video... Very well explained!
Also I heard you have to add weights depending on tire size. I have a 2022 RZR turbo R with 35 inch tires , would I have to add any weights with 35 inch tires or would the stage 2 clutch kit install be good without the weights?
You want 2 magnets close to the heel of the weight, and 1 magnet at the tip. with 2 small set screws at the heel too. not really adding weight, just moving it. this is only a recommendation, we find that a single gram or weight change can be a night and day difference. our test machines that we based a setup off of is different than yours.
What impact would say a Stage 2 Clutch with a Stage 3 BMP tune on a 2020 Pro XP have if the left barrel (long) is at the heel and right barrel (long) is at the tip instead of having both at the tip as suggested in your documentation?
Why did you take the entire primary like that? Polaris said that the adjustable part pops off without pulling the back sheath part. I have watched someone do it without a puller bolt.
Exactly. I installed clutch kit leaving the whole primary on the machine. Just need to remove the tower cover and can get to weights and change spring. Much easier.
Have been looking for a clutch vid for my 2022. Very well done in my opinion. Straight to the point. Thank you.
Thanks Bryan thats why they are here!

How’s that aftermarket assassins kit
@@jamaster6040 it’s doing great. No issues yet.
@@myfriendpete I like it too ,just sucks trying to dial in weights and springs !!!
@@jamaster6040 they didn’t make it to clear on the instructions and it’s a bitch when you got to take it all sort just to add one weight. 🤷♂️🤷♂️

Might just be that he likes doing it all at the bench and not crouched up at the machine.
